Word is, DR MATTH - that the actor who played Aquaman MAY NOT be playing the part in the series.  He is competing with other actors for role.

According to the article in VARIETY, Alan Ritchson, who played the part in a guest role on SMALLVILLE, is DEFINITELY not playing the role.

A stupid decision by the WB brass, but as the show hasn't even been written nor casting begun yet, there is still time for commmon sense to reign.

My first apartment was a small furnished studio, smaller than the bedroom I left at home.  I just had a hotplate and a small frig with a tiny freezer barely large enough for an ice tray.  Mostly the freezer was one big lump of ice.  Back then no one wanted to rent to an eighteen year old girl and wouldn’t have except they liked Keith.  In fact Keith was the one who found the apartment (he was desperate to get me out of my parents home).  At the time I didn’t have a savings account, only my penny collection.  We pulled all our money from our part time jobs to pay for the rent.

I lived there less than six months.  The apartment backed up to any alley and my father, the doctor, was terrified I would be raped.  My parents knowing I would never return home moved me to an upstairs furnished apartment located behind Hamilton High.  It was a one bedroom with a little kitchen, not that I had much spare money to buy food.  The apartment wasn’t fancy, just spacious compared to the studio and located in a nicer area.  Though my rent was now covered, a whopping $100 a month, my utility bills were almost as much as my previous rent.

All the cool kids were conceived on Valentine's Day. Well, Skip and I were, at least. :D

My sister was a New Year's baby! ;) (September 27th)

For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the street the apartments were on...but it was within close walking distance to the hotel....and yep, I worked at the Mark Antony, when it was still called The Mark Antony.

You are part of Ashland's history-cool. :)

Oh, my. Crazy Eddie's. I remember that store. We got an air conditioner there at the Sixth Avenue and 8th Street location in 1986. Now it's an FYE if I recall correctly.

Whenever I used to visit NYC I always remembered those nutty Crazt Eddie Commercials

Vixmom, did the Vixter sing this version???

We Three Kings of Orient Are
Tried to Smoke a Rubber Cigar
It Was Loaded
It Exploded
Now They're on Yonder Star

Hope no one took offense  :)

I remember a longer version of that.

We Three Kings of Orient Are
Tried to Smoke a Rubber Cigar
It Was Loaded
It Exploded
Poof!

We Two Kings of Orient Are
Tried to Smoke a Rubber Cigar
It Was Loaded
It Exploded
Poof!

I one King of Orient Are
Tried to Smoke a Rubber Cigar
It Was Loaded
It Exploded
Silent Night. Holy Night.

As someone else mentioned, the Martha Stewart-APPRENTICE has been canceled and will not do another season after the finale in December.

At least they're finishing out the season. ::)

I suppose I shall go pack up some CDs and get that out of the way.  Then I'll probably scan through Star Wars and Play It Again, Sam for clips of Mr. Hamill and Mr. Jerry Lacy.

Don't forget Mr. Jerry Lacey as Rev. Trask (among other roles) on Dark Shadows.

You mean...like this?

I'd have posted the pic, but it's one of those that is protected.

Good God!!  :o  That is positively indecent - and the look on the puppet's face is priceless!  :P  I was obviously misinformed!

DR MS - that is the final verse we sang as well....about the three kings from Oryentar!

Forgot to mention - great new avatar DR GEORGE.

Has anyone heard from DR FJL....did the dog get him?

I might suggest a sweep of the LA area college swim teams for candidates rather than the WeHo bars and "special interest" clubs.  8)

Yes, as stupid as NBC has been lately about scheduling and other things, they at least have the sense to give viewers closure with the season they've been watching.

Besides, they're already rerunning one LAW & ORDER show (CI on Friday at 10), and I don't think they've got much else to pick from as SVU reruns areusually scheduled on Saturday at 10.

I'm wondering now if Dick Wolf's new CONVICTION lawyer series won't go on Wednesday at 9 rather than Friday at 10 in January. It would certainly provide a more compatible lead-in for LAW & ORDER than Martha's APPRENTICE does now.

I'm not sure a swim team member would give them any better an actor. The swimming can be done with doubles and simulation (as the underwater simulation was done on SMALLVILLE). I'm not sure being a great swimmer is much of a priority.

How could I not have recognized Fran Allison?  Kukla, Fran, and Ollie was one of my favorite programs!  One of my coworkers reminds me of Beulah the Witch - in the nicest possible way.

"Live" applies to the actors doing a performance as you watch it without it having been previously recorded...as if you were watching a play in a theater.

"Live" does not apply to you watching a previously taped/recorded show as it airs for the first time.

But then....  :-*

Tried to set up the computer location-wise to do a cyberspace "red carpet" for the Starfighter CD party  :) , but to no avail.  Anyway, when we toast BK and Kritzerland and HHW between 7:30 and 8, we'll be sending vibes for whatever is ailing BK.

Why is there no "link" here at HainesHisWay.com to Kritzerland.com?

Let's try this...

THe multitalented DeeGee Brandemour is the first to arrive, carrying  a LAST STARFIGHTER cake of her own design.  DeeGee plays Granny, but doesn't look old enough to be anyone's Granny.

Nah, ain't gonna work. :)
