Yes DR Ron - you are correct all three times. And I agree with DRMattH - Ann Miller was so much fun and she just loved the audience. She wasn't a GRAND DAME MAME and seemed more in tune with her little Patrick, but she said all her lines and did some fine dancing and winked at us a couple of times - fun!
And Constance Bennett (of course I was only seven) but she was every bit the elegant lady who wore so many costumes, I got dizzy, and I was so jealous of Patrick when she took him away at the end....and she was beautiful as well! No Carroll Baker, you know, but elegant!!! And she too stood out back of the theatre in Cleveland and talked to everyone, answered questions, and asked people questions back....LOL...I don't remember why I didn't have my program signed, probably just stood there with my mouth open like Sally Field!
