Thanks! :) I hope you (and your neighbors) can come down to see it.

I also hope that I get a chance to watch "Adam & Steve" sometime soon.  I'm working concessions at two performances (both the Saturday and Sunday matinees) of a local production called Wrinkles of Washington (one has to be at least 65 years old to be in the cast), so that'll take up some of the time that I'm not packing and cleaning. ::)

;D

Does our DR MBarnum know about this?  He might happen upon true love there.

What a day!  Had a wonderful meeting with Miss Alet Taylor, who has joined the cast of The Brain From Planet X - very exciting and we're thrilled to have her.  CDs arrived early, and I got them packaged AND shipped, all 100 of them.  Then got a wonderful third blurb from novelist Dick Lochte, which I'll share with you momentarily.  Now I must get ready for tonight's opening.

Good news, all around!!  I can't wait for the CD!! ;D

...Today in the mail I received a postcard about a lovely show in NYC called THE TRAGIC AND HORRIBLE LIFE OF THE SINGING NUN....I think it's a must see.

DH Richard and I received one of those postcards, too!  Sure wish we could go...

Finished my workday and then met DH Richard at the American Legion for a fish fry - the homemade cole slaw is the best!

My mother flew this morning to Seattle and her Alaska cruise is departing as I type.  With more advance notice, I would have taken the next week off and flown to Seattle with her and her friend.  I'd have traveled around the PNW to visit Hainsies and Kimlets and then flown back to CVG with them next Friday.  Ah, well.

GHOST WHISPERER is broadcasting the first half of its season finale about the plane crash.  I missed it originally because of my trips to Ohio.

I'm here and protected! At least my PC is I hope.  Updates and renewals took so very long. (possibly because I have so little understanding of how to follow "simple" instructions!)

Well now you think of that!

Yeah, yeah, DR TCB.  By the time this cruise opportunity came up for my mom, I'd scheduled a Wednesday noontime program that I have to host and had a presentation accepted for a conference in Columbus later that same afternoon.  Richard and I are anticipating that he will have a church-related conference in Victoria, BC, in 2008, and we're planning to organize a major vacation around that.

It is just that after reading the comments, knowing how you can construct wonderful stories, and having already seen the perfect cover art (which I still insist is a girl named Perky Teets) ........ it is miserable that the book isn't ready and could be devoured in just a few days from now.

I would mention Paul McCartney's reference to Pies in "Penny Lane" but this is a family site.  Amazing how he got away with it!!
