As I went to the DVR menu to retrieve CSI: NY, I noticed that I had forgotten to set the DVR to record CSI tonight. I know it'll be rerun within months of its initial airing tonight, but it irritates me to do stupid things like this.

Still have three hours of shows recorded tonight to watch tomorrow.

I have a favor:

For anyone who bought the new King and I, can you go to 110:11 into the film (Shall We Dance) have the "Singalong Subtitles" on and tell me if your DVD jumps around. It seems to only happen when the "Singalong Subtitles" are visible. No other subtitles and it doesn't matter what audio track you are listening to.

Interesting sidelight:

I was listen to the music only audio and what beautiful orcherstrated music. Only some songs can you hear the singers (We Kiss In a Shadow) or chorus (but not principals as in the Act One Finale or May It Ever Be So Humble crossover)

Also sometimes you hear a studio voice announcing what take number it was after the end of the music!!!

I happened to catch SHARK tonight, and was reduced to tears by the end, even through all the contrived plot machinations.  The hokey aspects of it remind me of MATLOCK, though, and that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Thanks for leading me to that Australian theater site, Tom.  That wasn't the specific theater (I think?), but it led me to a similar listing for the theater i was asking about.

Oh yeah, Pfizer (makes Zoloft-what I took) does the same. The problem w/ those programs is you have to have a prescription & the doc who did that for me was at my old college.

Finally back from rehearsal and dinner - I never got to the Gardenia because I had a little situation at rehearsal to deal with - all is well.

Tonight at rehearsals, we got through the entire show...and off book!  A few people (including me) called for lines, but we all got through it!  Now, it's just a matter of running it until it's perfect! :D
