I enjoyed "Desperate Housewives" -- Lynette is in a difficult situation with Kayla...her husband's child and daugher of devil woman. Still, the time has come to put her foot down and nurture the child as she does her boys. Let the child love her or not love her.

I've been "fighting" a cold for an entire week and have stayed just ahead of it thanks to Airborne.

I'm tiring out, I think, from the struggle to resist. It makes me wonder if resistance is futile.
