DR Cillaliz - your immigration law aspirations have reminded me to ask if you've read Mary Pipher's The Middle of Everywhere and to tell you that one of the most interesting women I've met in my statewide AAUW involvement is an immigration attorney in northern Ohio.
The Middle of Everywhere looks very interesting. It's set in Lincoln, Nebraska. That's only about 60 miles from here. I will definitely have to read this..thank's for the suggestion
Just got in a little while ago. I was surprised that there are still lots of cabs on the streets in midtown, despite the weather.
It's one of my favorite books and was the AAUW/Ohio all-convention read in 2005.Cool news about the view from your new office!
Oh... I haven't looked outside in a while... Guess I'll turn the lights on in the backyard...Oohhh... Pretty.Although as Claudia sang in Lestat.... I Want More!
