They had lots of corned beef at the grocery store late this afternoon, but I don't know if they ran out earlier in the week

Miss Blue must sleep with one eye open.  Any time the kitchen light comes on, she wanders from her dog house to the patio door to check out what is being eaten.

We cannot let EARNEST interfere with DR edi's visit.  Speaking of edi, she wants me to post this funny video:

Sorry to hear about your toe, DR Danise. I broke my little toe a couple of times. There's really nothing they can do if you break a toe, I don't believe.

Not that kind of hash - the kind with corned beef and potatoes

DR Cillaliz will be able to deal with French immigrants as well as Spanish!

Just watched THE SNIPER (1951) which played on TCM earlier this week...man, I nearly jumped out of my skin a couple of times! Good movie!

Now I want to watch a Bollywood movie...I have just around 90 or so unwatched Bollywood DVDs...and out of all of those many films in my cabinet the one that I want to see I can't find!!!!

Shows how much I know about being Irish...it didn't even occur to me why there were sooooo many packages of corned beef everytime I went to the grocery store this week! LOL!

I don't think any stores sold out, however.

I actually meant no slight to the stand-bys and understudies in Avenue Q.  In fact, two of them have been with the show since the workshops.  *And I actually like one of the understudies better in a certain role more than the overstudy, so...  But that's besides the point.

I know some of the former cast members of the Vegas company, and the horror stories they've told me about that whole experience out there.  Las Vegas is not a theatre town.  Not by a long shot.  And when the management decides to allow food and drinks in the theatre...  And when members of the audience donn't realize it was a two act show (at least before it got cut down to 90 minutes)...  Mayhem and misery are bound to occur. And it did.  In spades!  (-Get it, "spades", a gambling reference... Vegas... Well...)

I finished the POIROT episode called "The Chocolate Box." I guess I've seen it fewer times than many of the others because I didn't remember the identity of the murderer. It came as a complete surprise.

I've just been watching that Food Network Star Kitchen Makeover program on FoodTV...  I wish Alton Brown would makeover my kitchen!  AND let me do a cameo on "Good Eats"!

The color scheme was a bit too "bright" for me, but the appliances, the countertops, the storage, the double ovens, the two sinks (both with disposals), the pop-up shelf for the stand mixer, the extra-wide refrigerator, the new home office, the new dining room, etc.... I WANT IT ALL!!!!
