Oh, Barbara Cook - I wasn't aware that she'd resorted to copying our album titles.  What's next for her?  Drat! The Cook!

I wonder how long this paypal problem has been going on and I wonder if they'll have the courtesy of having an explanation and apology on their home page when it's finally fixed.  Does anyone happen to have the paypal number?

The latest addition to our fundraiser show (he has to clear a little conflict but says it shouldn't be a problem and to count him in):

Mr. Jason Graae.

Quite a stellar line-up! But you still haven't told us if the elusive Guy Haines will make an appearance. It would be fun to have him do a number in silhouette---"Me and My Shadow", maybe?

Paypal has finally put a placeholder on the site - they say they're doing weekly maintenence which is, of course, horse manure.  They don't do that in prime time, they do it week in and week out for two hours at midnight on a weeknight.  They say the site will be back up and running at eleven-thirty, which is fifteen minutes from now.

So, if you haven't been able to make your Return To Oz payments, you'll be able to then.

I agree, DR Singdaw--the Blue Bunny truck grates on my ears.
Does Blue Bunny music go Boing Boing Boing?

Ben's "No One is Alone" is the new Barbara Cook album, released last week by DRG.

I was going to post the link to the Leading Men review but FJL beat me to it.

I now must leave because we have to do stress testing on a new database. It will take an hour. We have to create new source documents, add grants, delete grants, modify grants, change batch status and run all applicable reports. Sounds like fun - not.

But before I go, does anyone know if there are demo CDs of Legally Blonde and/or Pirate Queen floating around? I am trying to find some clips from said shows. Neither Web site has the usual practice of including a song clip or two.

Hardy and Har and Har?
Hardy Har Har, as I recall, was a very unhappy hyena, teamed with Lippy the Lion in some Hanna/Barbera cartoons.

Does anyone want to whip off a 17 page paper on "Double Entendre and Unseemly Insinuation at HHW"?
Just seventeen pages?

We could whip off seventeen pages just about DR MBarnum!

And another seventeen pages about DR Elmore!

And yet another seventeen pages about DR Jose!

Marty, our big black Lab mix, hasn't been feeling well.

We're not sure what's wrong.  He's just acting tired, and wheezing some.

He isn't a young pup, of course.  He's been with us for over ten years.  And he's always had a heart murmur.  The original vet who saw him said Marty'd be lucky to see his fifth birthday.

We'll be taking him to the vet this evening.
