It was a reference to Wife No. 1, not Jo Sullivan Loesser, Wife No. 2!

Oh... Well... Umm... OK.... Nevermind...  ;)

I guess I should have read all the notes before commenting on the other available dialects. I didn't know they would be so thoroughly demonstrated!

Did anyone see Kyra on Letterman last night? The last few times she's been on to talk about THE CLOSER she goes off on some stupid story. Last night it was a long story about a time when she arm-wrestled a woman in central park.

There was hardly a mention of the show. When Dave asked her about the new season, all she had to say was "It's good!".

Her hair was straightened and in a huge beehive sort of thing, with some of the hair hanging down. I was disappointed st the lack of publicity, but this morning, GW Bailey did a great interview at our local radio station with lots of talk about the new season & TNT, so now I feel better.

I have to say that I love my job with the institute which is why the past month has been so demoralizing for me.  I know that we're one project in several, many much more important than ours, but I like what I'm doing and I think we can offer much to musical theatre knowledge if we continue.  Clearly, we are going to continue.  At some point, in the near future, I need to approach our benefactor and talk to him about my book idea.

Ron Raines just called me. Charlotte graduated from high school this morning! I feel as old as Babes in Toyland!

Well, I was going to suggest Mexican, but I'm hoping to avoid the service we had - or didn't have - last time.  In any case... It's your celebration, where and when?

We could go international, have a Chinese dinner and Mexican drinks and  salsa after! A then a lot of antacid.

Happiness is receiving two boxes from Deep Discount and discovering you've received something you'd TOTALLY forgotten you ordered.

In my case, it's the complete series to "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century".

Also included:

The Garbo Box

and the HD DVDs for

Mutiny on the Bounty
Field of Dreams
Brokeback Mountain

Ooooooohhhhh!

No, but it could be an whimsy of Harburg or Ira Gershwin.  It's quite grandish. Or delish.
