Unless things have changed since I was in school (they have, we are no longer known as the Thirteen Colonies), Flag Day is celebrated tomorrow, 06/14/07. It will soon be 6/14 in Oz, but I think that would be silly for them to celebrate U.S. Flag Day.

New York shoppers, a warning!

Adorama, a camera kind of store on 18th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th) is an AWFUL store. I wouldn't recommend shopping there for any reason. The staff is rude and the store is disorganized. It's unpleasant from the time you walk in the door. Avoid this store, in person or on line. Good prices are not worth the snotty, dismissive attitudes and I wouldn't buy from them on-line because of the way they treat their customers in person.
