Good morning!
Happy August!
I finished up July with excellent health news for Mum.
The nodules on her right lung are insignificant, according to the pulmonary specialist who looks like an 8th grader, but if they grow in a three month time span, then they'll biopsy and make any other decisions.
I saw the cat scans, as Dr. Tsai explained everything. There might be a touch of emphysema, nothing major.
The thyroid, like the liver, is nothing of major concern, in spite of the presence of cysts.
The hernia is treatable and again, nothing of major concern.
So, Mum is in better health than the original scans would lead one to believe.
As for me, I've been working my tail off daily and relaxing at night by working my way through the ESTHER WILLIAMS boxed set and the new MGM MUSICALS boxed set.
AND. . .my accompanist, Matt Brown, and I have been meeting twice weekly and now have a new cabaret
almost set in stone with a bit of new material; I think that there are only three songs which I've performed before.
Now, off to work. . .
Catch you all later. . . .
