On the list of "let's not buy this yet":

Quote
Nestled near New Orleans, among marshy bogs crawling with gators and accessible only by boat, lies Honey Island Swamp, home of the River Pople. With a heap of photos and plenty of storytelling, Swamp Cooking with the River People is enthralling as cultural anthropology - but as a cuisine it's something else. Witness an alligator rodeo, stop in at the Elks Lodge, go wild hog hunting. Features over 100 recipes including Mudbug Jambalaya, Charlies Tree Rat Stew, Smothered Frogs Legs, Coonass Coleslaw and Wanda's Whisky Cake.

Anxious DRs can order it HERE

All of your postings are showing up as little boxes with red Xes on my screen...

Good morning!

My heart did a giant leap when I saw in the newspaper weather forecast that the low Sunday morning is going to be 56! Can it be? Can this sweltering, miserable summer really be coming to an end? Please, please, please!

Good for you guys!  I'm glad some sign of fall is finally there.

Today's high in Oakland is supposed to be 67!

We have several DRs who are chomping at the bit to play the vamp.

If you know what I mean.
