Thank you. -I have been trying to be "better" lately, but I also know a big part of it has to do with my regular schedule lately. And the fact that I've had some 'early' - before Noon - mornings. I eat breakfast every day, and that really does do wonders in regards to my cravings throughout the day. Yes, I do make it to Levain every now and then, and Amy's Bread, and Crumbs, and Grom, and... But I'm also back to the old "trick" of not eating past 7:30p.m. whenever that is a feasible thing to do. *Of course, the four pairs of new jeans I bought a few weeks ago are already starting to feel loose, so... Ah, well...
