I don't know if DR Kerry would like to be represented by a doggie

That opens the door to any number of "lawyer" jokes, but as we have several DRs that are admitted to the bar, I will be kind.   :P      :)

Glad you liked 36 CHINA TOWN TD, the soundtrack is wonderful as are the musical numbers and all of Upen Patel's muscles.

And I had no idea that I was responsible for your conversion to Bollywood...I am very proud of myself. 1 down, oh so many left to go!

I shall now be on my way to the Acorn for our fifth performance, and then on my way to see Noel's show - when I'm supposed to eat is a whole other kettle of bananas.  Someone let me know if we're meeting up after the show.

DR George, that fire pit is wonderful - love the design.  Glad your sister was pleased with it, too.  But what did the indigent think of it?

Well, it's a lot cooler than AZ - now you're learning about humidity!

der Brucer

Trust me, I'm from Texas so I'm an expert on humidity -- and still don't like it - never did, never will!

But you don't have BIG HAIR.  Doesn't everyone from Texas have BIG HAIR?  Or did the humidity collapse your doo?    ;)

Did I mention that not only is DR Miss Karen cute as a button, but her Texas twang is irresistible?  :)

Yeah, the homeless bottom feeders at the library that were roasting marshmallows around the perimeter.

They're all at my library, DR Singdaw, not the one where DR George works.  Ours wouldn't be satisfied with marshmallows, they'd want hot dogs, too.

We're here! We're here!  Our room wasn't ready until 3:00PM so we checked the bags with the bell hop and went to Bryant Park for coffee.  We are now settled and getting ready for our evening.   We plan to meet DR Jose at 5:00 PM, don't know anything else yet.   We will be at THE LAST STARFIGHTER tonight for opening night and would love to get together after the show with anyone who wants to get together

Glad to hear that you and Samantha arrived safely, DR Cillaliz!  Where are you meeting DR Jose?  I was thinking of being in the lobby when The Brain gets out [around 6:45 PM] to grab a quick bite with those folks before you all head over to Starfighter.

I've PM'd this to Penny, but just to make sure that she really sees it:

Okay, so I've been trying to change avatars... and it looks like all i've done is remove the old me...

Penny, if you go to update your profile again, I've added "Pennysavatar2007-b" as a choice in the list of existing avatars.  That should work!

Oh...and make sure you UNcheck both of the two options right below the list of available avatars. :)
