I don't remember DR Jose doing that - but then my memory is not all it should be these days.

I watched LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT when I got the home theater cranked up again. An OK episode but this kind of con is pretty standard in crime procedurals.

I've even seen the lesbian angle done before.

GHOST WHISPERER had some interesting scenes and tense moments

but it's never all that suspenseful when the main character on a show is in danger. You know they aren't going to kill her off.

The father/son scenario was interesting and I'll be looking to see what more they do with this.

MOONLIGHT had another fast paced and interesting hour though I don't like where they're heading with the reporter and Mick. I was just shouting at the screen, "No, no, no!"

WOMEN'S MURDER CLUB had a pretty standard whodunit. I guessed the identity of the killer pretty easily.

That's a nice looking man they've set Angie Harmon's character up with. But I still would take Rob Estes in a second.

And.... the Anthony Roo (Roo??!!) Warlow video of the month is....

My Funny Valentine...

Mr Warlow still had hair then! Unbelievable breath control!
(Have I ever said that I am a fan?!)

THAT rendition could be "my" funeral song if needed!

I watched 30 ROCK. Not as funny as some weeks have been (except for Alec Baldwin playing Tracy's parents; he was a total scream). Carrie Fisher was the guest star but not particularly funny.

I love those kangaroo pictures, Tom! Wow!

We have kangaroos here in North Georgia at the Kangaroo Conservation Center. I've never been up to see them but your pictures make me want to go there!

Also, Tom, I was able to put your birthday CD to good use. I'm making a compilation of songs from 1947 for Greg's parents' 60th anniversary, and used "Ballerina", the birthday song of our beloved leader.

Greg is stumped, as am I, over what else we can do for them. I would like to take them on a trip around Atlanta to the places they used to live and hang out, and see how they've changed, but he's not sure his mom would be up for it. They don't get out much and they don't need "stuff", so it's always difficult!

The 60th anniversary is the diamond one. So that's out of my league. Now, a Neil Diamond CD, that I could manage...

Any brilliant ideas?

The "roos" are very much in their natural area and have not been transported here.  They fend for themselves.  A fence is around the perimiter of the water catchment area which at least protects the animals and their environment. There are still kangaroos outside that protected area though. The ones in this area are the grey variety rather than the larger "reds".

A compilation of songs about diamonds. (If they listen to Cds).

When she was in her late seventies, we took my Mother back to her childhood area. She remembered so much.  Her childhood home was still there.  I knocked on the door and the owner after hearing that my Mother had lived there, invited us in. My mother was able to explain what had been changed and why the odd design of the house. It was a wonderful experience for my mother and much better than a gift.

"She Is A Diamond" (Evita) - Although, I don't think the sentiment matches the occasion.

When one has a realtivley narrow hallway that one has covered from floor to ceiling (saving room of course for BK's pic and Kevin's pics), it is entirely impractical to attempt to maneuver down the hall without disrupting someone.  So far, Ben and and Ant have stayed in place.  Colleen Dewhurst and Norman Fell seem to be the greatest victims.  John Gielgud and Ann Miller follow closely.  Jason Graae, George Nader and Steve Reeves seem to stay relativey straight (NO comment).   The same cannot be said of Tab Hunter.  But that is due more to the pacement of the photo, I'm sure.   have saved special spots for BK's and Kevn's photos so they will not be askew.
