Well this morning after waking up angry about one of the political candidates and after an unprovoked email attack from a crazy immigration lawyer in Des Moines on our immigration law listserv(everyone said I should ignore him, but when it's a personal attack you have to say something). I decided that my New Year's Resolution is to get rid of avoidable negativity in my life. Some is inevitible and some is probably necessary, but there is so much that is just not necessary and I'm going to get that out of my life.

I get these from time to time, too, and have actually followed up on a couple of them. The "guarantee" evaporates as soon as they find out you are not in foreclosure proceedings and your house is appraised at more than $10K.
