It was an OK show. Stewart had some cute bits scattered throughout the show, but there isn't quite the excitement of the unexpected with him as it is with Whoopi or Billy.

I've not seen the other nominees for Best Pic but I'm really quite pleased that "Atonement" did not win.  Those that like the book seems to love the movie but for me it just did not hold together at all. (and I have no memory of the score!)

Well, that was a boring Oscars and I think whoever said it was because it was just too predictable that we didn't have quite the record as last year.  Of course, there's three hours before the next notes go up.
