Good Morning!
Well, I woke up, put on my running clothes - including the thermal "liner" since it's cold outside - walked briskly to the park, ran one mile - I finally broke the 10:00 mark, 9:54! - then turned around and headed back home.
It was just too cold and windy. If I had brought my gloves, I might have kept running, but at least I had my ear muffs - I just love my 180s! I also think the running and the cold re-aggravated the muscle-thing in my right side. I had a few moments of discomfort on the walk back to the apartment, but I'm feeling better now. So, as much as I'd like to keep up the exercise regime right now, I think I need to take a day or two off to let my muscle recuperate. It appears I have strained my psoas muscle on my right side. I was hoping this was one of those things I could just work through, but my body - and my psoas - seems to be telling me otherwise.
Otherwise, it's been a good day so far. And even though it is cold, the sun is out, and the sky is clear.
