The Marriott Residence Inn was quite a delight.  I shall definitely seek out this sub-chain in the future.

We send ... well.... they sent vibes to you and all the feed back we get from you is that?!!!

You could have but it's nice of you to refrain from doing so!! ;)

Francois,  I don't like noisy eaters in the theatre, or people who talk, or people who do anything to distract me...like the people who took their baby to United 93 and didn't leave when it started crying because they were into the movie.

But, I usually get to the theater early and enjoy my popcorn through the advertisements and previews

I also live in an area where you rarely have to sit next to someone at a movie - unless of course you want to.

Had a visitor that I haven't seen in quite some time, so that was very nice to catch up and also to ketchup.  Now, I'll settle down and see if I have any patience to watch a DVD - perhaps I'll watch some Superman episodes instead.  Or not.

And frankly, if you must know, I'm a little nauseated at the lack of attendance around these here parts the last few days.

We were at the church talent show tonight. We are not a group with much talent, but we try. Even when we shouldn't.

Do you also get ads for stuff that has nothing to do with movies?
Like cds, cellular phones etc....
They also now sometimes have a preview at the beginning of the film for a film from the same company...

I guess it's to make us long for the film one came to see!

Oh, I saw KEEPING MUM the other day and had a ball!
I would not recommend it to Jane as a make-you-feel-good movie but it is quite hilarious!

The real live version was played in England by Queen Elizabeth for many years I was told!! ;)

I'm sure you would not mind at all if Brad Pitt were to do all of that close to you... or Mr George Clooney! :D

And frankly, if you must know, I'm a little nauseated at the lack of attendance around these here parts the last few days.

Today, I went to work for several hours, then I went to Fred Meyer here in Tumwater to see if their jewelry store could replace the crystal on my watch...I banged it against a wall corner at work and it cracked.  The Tumwater Fred Meyer doesn't replace crystals, but they said that the Lacey FM does.  I drove out to Lacey (about 10 miles away) and was told that it would probably cost $35!  That seems like a little expensive to me.  Anyone have one replaced?  Anyone pay that much?  I must comparison shop.

After that, I went to Wendy's for a salad for lunch/dinner, then came home and watched the shows that I taped last night, "20/20" (2-hours), "Las Vegas" and now, "Conviction."  After that, I have to go to the house that I'm house-and-cat-sitting (tomorrow night is my last night!).  There, I'll watch "Dr. Who," also from yesterday.

I wonder if Audrey will have a very long engagement with Hollywood after her work with the ever present Mr Hanks.

If not, maybe she can marry Tom Cruise.

Is there such a thing as a movie without popcorn??? ;D

There had better be, or I would never see a movie.

Has anyone made the song title refernce FAR FROM THE HOMER I LOVE?  (Or does that sound like a baseball musical)

Possibly a Jewish baseball musical.
