Today I get to visit the psych ward and the jail.  As long as they let me out, I really don't mind

Gee...from the Cat House to the Psych Ward, and then Jail! Do you collect $200?

Quite a trip!

Hey, any day they let you out of the psych ward and the jail is a GOOD day!

Good morning!

It was been raining since early this morning, sometimes heavily, and we're in for more of the same all day today. I understand the entire East Coast is getting this downpour.

Tomorrow the temperatures go back up drastically and will likely stay that way for awhile.

Congratulations to all the winners of the trivia contest and to DR Rodzinski for being selected for the sparkling prize. Good work!

After enjoying all of this season's episodes of THE CLOSER so much these past few weeks, I broke down and bought the first season boxed set; it came yesterday.

So, I have some other things on tap for today, but since I am only interested in RESCUE ME and the rerun of BOSTON LEGAL (which I haven't seen) tonight, I'm going to try to begin rewatching this marvelous series at some point today.

A family site, so I can't go into details of the wildest party I ever attended. Suffice to say it was pre-AIDS, we were all in our 20s, it took place at a river party where folks were in Speedos (or less), and I'll never forget it.

I recorded LOVESPRING INTERNATIONAL last night, so I'll get to see it for myself today. I've read some mixed reactions to it, but mostly positive.

Good mornin', y'all! Okay, so I actually read my proposal last night, and know what it says enough to make sense out of it, if there be but a wisp of brain power listening later today.

Thanks for all the good vibes - go get 'em, Pen! Reports later. Have a good day, my friends!

Well, almost all. The storm front appears to be about 15 miles west of us here in Rehoboth Beach. We also have direct drainage into the Delaware Bay and  the Atlantic Ocean; further inland on the Delmarva peninsula, the drainage is into the Chesapeake Bay (that's where the cars were floating through the Wal Mart parking lot!)

Having you been watching THE CLOSER's new follow-on show: "SAVED"? With a little more "punch" in the writing, it may last.

Well of ALL the people I have partied with....not that there have been a LOT...the wildest were journalists.

I seem to remember one night in Nashville being in a car driven by a nameless CBS newsman when it was driven up the steps of the Parthenon.  But I don't remember anything else....for publication.

66 degrees here....comfortable.

The lights are being set as we speak, I hope.  I have received no telephone call telling me anything else.

No phone call probably means the phone lines were damaged in the fire set when the stage lights shorted out!

No, I haven't been watching SAVED. Reviews pegged it as a minor league RESCUE ME (which I do watch), so I took a pass on it.
