To be fair, she understudied Millie and went on only a handful of times.  To play Sandy in Grease is not one of the musical theatre' s more challenging assignments - I mean, let's be real here.

I've been busy putting tunes in my iPod so I can try out my new docking station. I never use the iPod, I'm not fond of earbuds or headphones, so I'm looking forward to this docking station.

The Fellini is a masterpiece - the Bertolucci is a dated critics' darling of a film that just doesn't hold up or work anymore,  IF one liked it when it came out.  It's interesting that they both pushed boundaries, but the Fellini is and always has been more interesting, with better characters and actors who aren't trying to, well, I don't know what Marlon was doing but I prefer Marcello.

DR Jose, your story about the girl was so sad.

Good vibes to her family and friends. ~~~~~~~~

How about "Favorite Theme Songs from Flop TV Shows"?

Mine are:
FAY (with Lee Grant)

Hurrah for George A. Tipton!

I liked the music Randy Newman did for COP ROCK, but I don't know if he did the actual theme song.

Has there only been one song written for a commercial that has actually become a hit?  I know they tried a second time with a song called It Won't Hurt To Try It (It's Not Gonna Hurt Anymore) which had two versions, one sung by my old pal, Mr. Michael Burns.

Michael Burns is your old pal? What is he doing now! I loved his guest spots on THEN CAME BRONSON, one of my all-time favorite TV shows.

Mr. Burns and I worked together several times and he starred in the first musical I wrote.  He's now a well-known history professor and wrote a book about the Dreyfuss affair.

I'm sure everyone knows what the hit song taken from a commercial was, yes?

I'm a pepper, you're a pepper (written by Randy Newman!)

I was wondering earlier--didn't the Benson & Hedges 100s song get some radio play?

I liked the theme songs for GRINDL and IT'S ABOUT TIME.

I don't remember GRINDL but I did like IT'S ABOUT TIME.

But then again, that's never really been one of my problems... ;D

I was going to make a joke about that, but I was afraid it would appear UNSEEMLY!

How about a show on Animal Planet to find a Sandy for a production of ANNIE?

I remember us kids singing to each other in the schoolyard:

It's about time!
It's about space!
It's about time to slap your face!

(Usually sung with a perfectly timed, somewhat playful smack across someone's mug.)

Or maybe there'll be a production of the musical MARTY that needs a canine and the show could be called YOU AIN'T SUCH A DOG AS YOU THINK YOU ARE.

ReutersThank god for spare parts!

Can't they just find him a female iguana? That seems a little harsh!

Perhaps as in floors for many buildings, page #13 should be eliminated entirely.  That would get us to page 15 much faster.

Titled (to paraphrase SPRING AWAKENING) IT'S THE BITCH OF ANNIE.

No, Barnes and Noble had it in their database as being in stock, but we couldn't find it. I ended up ordering it from Amazon.
