MEDIUM was back on form for me tonight, a very involving story of what appeared to be a killer doll. But this wasn't Talking Tina from THE TWILIGHT ZONE. Other forces were at work. As with the best episodes of the show, I didn't quite understand how all the pieces fit together until it was explained at the end. I liked it a lot.

Didn't quite understand how Devalos' daughter's story quite fit into the episode - seemed sort of like an afterthought to fill out the episode and leave us with a nice final image - but I'm sure others will have their own ideas about that storyline.

CSI: NY was a rerun tonight, so tomorrow, I will only have tonight's THE KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY to watch.

The Blu-rays I have on order still haven't come, so it may be the DVD version of LIZA WITH A 'Z' tomorrow, another Christmas present I'm just now getting to.

I'm heading off to bed now. Have nice, clean sheets put on for tonight, so hopefully, the sleep will be "dreamy."

Supposedly, I'll be waking up to snow and ice tomorrow morning. We'll see.

Good night!

I've caught up/ I guess that's something.  Congratualtions to the sun dried posters who have achieved new heights in their totals.

I wonder if anyone thought to give Philip Glass some musical creativity for his birthday.

Skip brought home some quiches from the Fine Cooking 2 class today, as well as some poached pears and peaches.  Quite the feast.

Just finished proofing the Creature CD and it's really quite wonderful.  The sound is terrific, and now the sound on the songs matches everything else.  The karaoke tracks are great fun and the Broderick Crawford bonus track is hilarious. The CD is sixty-seven minutes long.

I remember Harry and David - I think I got a gift like that when I was, you know, with Ye Olde Ex-Wife.  I haven't had a gift like that in ages, save for my daughter sending me cherries from somewhere.

Cherries From Somewhere - that's the title of my next novel.

Well, we had a slight chance of setting another record for hits, but with everyone having deserted the jernt it probably won't happen.  The best we can hope for, I think, is second place, hits-wise, but that's quite an accomplishment.  Of course, the evening is young, which is more than I can say.

I'm glad the Harry and David stuff comes UPS, though, becuase UPS is the only express shipping method for large packages our building that doesn't requre us to be at home for delivery.  They'll deliver UPS to a place in the middle of the block.

The Blintzstones were of course a famed spin-off, the Flinstones' jewish neighbors.

Why does Norton Antivirus 2007 already have 12 updates when it is only February

Anti-virus software updates are no reflection on the quality of the software, they are a testament to the dilligence of the software company. Everytime some crack-pot generates another new virus, Mr Norton (and McAfee, et al.) have to generate changes to their software downloads so all the lovely people in computerland can be protected from infection.

To make up for my bad movie experiance earlier, I went over to Virgin's $10 sale and bought 2 movies. This evening I watched JOE, which I loved because of the great acting, even though all the drug stuff really creeped me out. I would have little problem as an actor pretending I had to do it, but watching it gives me the willies.

I also bought Bladerunner just to have it.
