Yes, I did write up a new version of the ending this morning. And restructured the scene that involves a forget-your-cares seduction (along the lines of You'll Never Get Away From Me), so it's been a big day.

Question for FJL and BK: How many days of rehearsal are you planning for your NYMF shows?

Whenever I'm asked what my fabulous life is like, I say it's much like "Ben-Hur" with a dollop of "Follies"...no, there's no dilapidated theater about to come down, and there isn't a chariot race, but if could figure out a way to work them in, I'm certain I'd go that route.

And you just wouldn't believe HOW MANY people ask me about this.

We are under three weather alerts. I am hopeful for some rain. Lots of rain. Lots and lots of rain. So far this summer, we've only had wind, dust, and about 20 minutes of rain.

Google Maps has a feature - I think it's called Street View - where you can look at panoramic pictures of any street in New York. Southeast corner of 54th and 9th is a construction site now. But I love 9th Avenue. Spend as much time on it as I can

Well, I too agree with him about Bernadette Peters! Perhaps if you had to sit through too many performances she's given while wondering when they're going to bring on the understudy since the star's voice sounds like shit, you'd agree with me.

Today I loathe and detest the US Post Office: whle packing up the office today, we came across 5 cartons of empty toner containers to be returned at the manufacturer's expense. The cartons are clumsy and oversize but light and I thought, well, the PO has a pickup service. I spent over 30 minutes on the US Postal site trying to decipher why the 9th floor info on our address would not go through. On my second frustrating call to a voice on the PO's 800 number, I got through to a postal clerk who helped me and told me that I had to enter a suite number and our building was registered as having Suites 900-903. How the hell was I to know that?

After all that madness, I tried to schedule a pickup only to be refused for not having any package going Overnight or 2-3 dad special delivery. Damn! What assholes.

Yeah, there was the salmanilla (or however you spell that) from Schwanns a few years back. But I think maybe it's worth the risk

I never really watched "The Drew Carey Show," but I loved "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" with him as host...very, very, very (that's three verys) funny!!
