Miss Karen, you can always copy his name and keep it in a file on your computer and then when the next time you want to write his name you just copy and past and voila!

François

Or have a shortcut icon for charmap.exe on your desk top.

RE: BIG BROTHER LIVE FEED SPOILERS

They can always skew the POV toward him.   Simple, really, since he's the pawn of the producers anyway.

I suppose. But this twist really screwed him.

From all that i've read, most people think that CBS will not even show the banner plane. Or tell everyone how this turned the whole game around.

I really think CBS should find a way to correct this. Not fair at all. Especially since it's only partially true (eric is not a liar, he simply had to do a few tasks set forth for him).

CBS should hire another plane to counter that message!

Quote
I hate this season.  I dislike everyone in the house EXCEPT Zach and Jen, who I thought was the worst human being I ever saw in the first two weeks.  Then, I heard her admit (either to Julie or the Diary Room) that she was putting on an act.

I really dislike so many of them this year.  But i am starting to like jen.  She just dismisses dick's stupid antics. And i like that. But i don't like how distant she is and how emotionless she comes across.

I really dislike zach.

Quote
I detest Eric!  I despise Dick!  I loathe Jessica!  I think Amber is totally loony tunes, and a liar and a bitch.  I despise her for that act she put on last night when Nick left.  It was Amber who accused Nick of voting for Kail, and it was Amber who suggested that Nick be back-doored when Jameka used the POV to save Jen.   Amber, Eric, Jessica, Daniele, Jameka and Jessica are some of the weakest, lamest players this game has ever had.  Dustin isn't far behind them.  I don't know what's up with Zach...he's pretty much defeated since his alliance bit the dust.  They keep targeting Kail and then back-dooring someone else.  It's time Kail stepped up and did something constructive with the other disenfranchised players...if there ARE any.

I like eric. I sometimes like dick alright. But his behavior is completely out of control. I really have grown to like jessica a lot. I am so glad that she told eric what daniele and dick are planning. I like that she did not turn on her friend. Plus she is so sweet and fun. And she rarely says bad things about people.

I also dislike kail.  And i've had it with amber.

Quote
Dick is anoter "Cappy" and he and his "bitches" run the house.

I'd hate to see either Dick or Daniele win.  Ditto Dustin or Zach.  I'm not sure about Jameka.

I sort of like jameka sometimes. I think what she did re: jen last week took guts. Although it was sort of stupid. It's not like jen chose her (player's choice).

Or you could type Fran and then press the Alt key (if you're on a Mac I don't know if there is an Alt key or the equivalent of an Alt key). While you're pressing the Alt key press 0231 (that's zero 231) or 135 and when you release the Alt key the lower case ç with a cedilla will appear

It's finally Friday!   When Nadia left today, she told me that she never thought I would be so nice. LOL. She has so much to learn, but our personalities work well together and she wants to learn.  I had an "I'll be right back" sign in my window with my name and office phone number on it.  She translated it to Spanish and did a new one in English that says "We'll" be right back and has her name on it as well.  I thought that was cute

That IS so very cute.  I'm thrilled how well she, & everything, is working out so wonderfully for you.  Vibes it only gets better.

Tomovoz-I saved the Orange cake recipe and, if I don’t forget, I’ll bake it next time I entertain my book group.   :)

DRs Laura, Cilla, George, & FJL- Thank you for the continued feel better vibes.  I am doing better.  I just tend to have a delicate system.  I’m sure TCB is hurting more than I am.

Super less pain vibes TCB!

Bruce I hope everything works out with the actress or you someone better comes along.

Call me crazy, but this bugs me (yes, people have the right to overpopulate the world if they want to) -- but I think if folks have over 2 kids, they ought to pay a fine that would go into an account to help pay for all the things these extra folks are going to cost us and our planet throughout their life time .. I will now step back down off my soap box, thank you very much ...and it really bugs me when they say it's what God would want (I still had one foot on the box...) ...

Back in another time it was prudent to have tha many kids but now it insane. For me 2 to 4 kids is great plenty.

Not to belabor the bridge thing, but I got an email that had this in it today and the photos are quite amazing to me.

Bob Winzenburg is a friend of Scott Brown, son of ex-Viking Bill "Boom Boom" Brown.  Scott's sister, Kimberly, was in the middle of the I-35 bridge when it collapsed.  She, her friend, and their car fell 65 ft and survived with just cuts and bruises.  After landing she got out of her car and took a series of pictures, great pictures.  You can view these pictures on http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/popup?id=3439572.

Amazing...

It is truly amazing that not more were killed.

Only for true mavens: There's an incredibly long  ::) interview with me about Such Good Friends and NYMF now on the internet,  I think www.musicalworld.us is the website, and maybe this link:

http://media.podshow.com/media/723/episodes/73116/musicalworldpodshow-73116-08-01-2007_pshow_118766.mp3

will get it to immediately play.   Maybe not.

The interviewer promised to edit down to a reasonable length, but cut nothing, so I really don't expect anyone to listen to it all.  But there are many songs and I mention BK (not by name) and even
The Last Starfighter at last year's NYMF (also not by name).

Back from a little dinner with Nick, and shall now finally relax.  Had to do some serious invoice work, but those have gone off now and will hopefully work and we can be comfortable that the funds for the fundraiser will happen.  Otherwise I shall get a ball peen hammer and do some serious damage.

I began my evening with THE LOOKOUT. Isn't it wonderful to come across a movie that's had no hype, doesn't have huge stars, and it ends up being a terrific little thriller with a very interesting main character. Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays the victim of a brain injury who has trouble doing rudimentary things in life. He's cannily manipulated into aiding some guys into robbing the bank where he's the night janitor. A character study that becomes a riveting heist movie with its aftermath is very well done. Written and directed by Scott Frank (who wrote the screenplay to MINORITY REPORT). Also in it are Jeff Daniels, Matthew Goode, and Bruce McGill.

I managed to watch one bonus featurette all the way through, the star of the film talking about his preparation for the role of a moderately brain-injured person.

Next came MONK with another of those COLUMBO-like cases where we know who did it early on and have to watch him piece things together. Yes, the shenanigans with Monk were as silly as the previews implied they would be. Not a good one this week.

TOmorrow, I'll probably finish up the special features on THE LOOKOUT (a making of documentary and an audio commentary). In the evening, I'll probably watch ROVING MARS on Blu-ray. I've already seen the standard definition version of the film, so it'll be interesting to compare the two of them.

I'll probably get to 300 on Blu-ray on Sunday.

Nobody should be forced to listen to something that long.  Jim Dale's brilliant rendering of the complete Harry Potter series flies by in seemingly less time; I'm like molasses.

The interviewer pointed out that I was at a distinct advantage by being in New York to assemble my Such Good Friends crew, cast and creative team.  This led me to reference a certain NYMF show creator from Los Angeles.

Are they full productions?  Yes, the main 36 are.  But I confused the issue by mentioning that I'd seen a few "mere" staged readings at last year's NYMF.

No, I didn't sing over the phone.  I provided the same low-tech recordings I have up on the MySpace http://www.myspace.com/suchgoodfriendsthemusical, and the NYMF site http://www.nymf.org/Show-74.html, although here you can hear eight
