bk, I was able to get the tickets I wanted from NYMF, but it seems I had to order them individually in order to get more than one ticket at a time [to the same performance]. Perhaps that has been fixed now.

I guess the problem they "fixed" the first day the tickets were available to members, managed to get "unfixed" somehow.  -At least I recall some DRs having the same issue on the 1st, but then getting a hold of someone at OvationTix who helped them out.  Ah, technology.

I was up until 2:30 this morning finishing Harry Potter.  I may be a little dopey today.

So what have you been reading all those other nights?  ;)

TOD:

The Man Who Came To Dinner.

I was going to also watch the Box set of Governor Arnold movies. ($8.99 at Costco) I put one in and they are not enhanced for 16 x19. I believe previous releases were enhanced but these are not. No mention on the box. The Thin case says widescreen anamorphic but not for widescreen. There is no excuse for it. This one of many sets currently out there. So be aware.

Well, for $8.99... ::)

I just placed a second order for the other set of tickets and that seemed to work.

bk's notes mention Liza.  I wonder...is that a hint about the certain actress that has been offered a role in The Brain, who would bring attention to the production?   ;)

LOL. Good one, Singdaw.

DH Jayson will be joining us on Sunday from a business trip to Cincinnati this week.  He'll be bringing the trusty laptop

I hope he'll bring the rest of himself, too!

At least it's "trusty" and not "rusty"!

(Not to be confused with MBarnum's RUSTY movies!)

Well, the kitchen is clean, I am clean, and now I'm going to head down to midtown for my "work day".  Although, playing auditions always seems more like "play" rather than "work" - especially when I'm playing for The Mouse.  -And one of my favorite casting directors.  Always a good time.  I don't start till Noon, but I have a few phone calls to take care of, and I always seem to handle business calls better when I'm not at my apartment.  Maybe I'm thinking I'm "in the office" instead.  In any case...

A couple hours of auditions, followed by a show.  Then lather, rinse, repeat tomorrow.  -Although, tomorrow night's show is ACL - back on Key 2 for the night.  Then Sunday... Then Monday... etc., etc., etc... You get the picture.  OH!  I guess I can bring my laptop with me, so... Hmm... OK... That's enough rambling for now.

Laters...

DR ELMORE,
I am so glad your move has taken place at last. It sounds as if your unpacking has gone relatively well, and you'll soon be settled in--comfortably, I hope.

Such an ordeal!! I do hope life is pleasantly quiet for a while.
