DR ArnoldBrockman - nice avatar. I meant to say that before, but I was watching to see if Fritz was going to have a drink.

Man did it rain here tonight. Don't know quite how much, but at one point I heard 1 1/2 inches in an hour. I am so happy, tomorrow is supposed to be cooler.  It's about time

I may try and get hold of Donny - he'd be perfect for a Menken song.

TCM is showing The Sons Of Katie Elder right now.  Not a great picture, but I must say it contains one of my top-ten favorite Elmer Bernstein scores.

And they call it puppy love.....

or Go away little girl.....

That's what I think of when I think of Donny Osmond.  For some reason his name always reminds me of singing those songs on the playground in elementary school....

And I know there are other things I meant to comment on, respond to, but I'm tired and need to get to bed... Long day tomorrow... Wake up, pack my luggage, Mary Poppins rehearsal, car service to airport, fly down to Charlotte... Whew!  So...

Goodnight.

In my CD player at work:  many, many CDs...too many to mention

In my DVD player:  "A Little Night Music" and several others waiting to be watched

On my DVR:  I just watched "Kinsey" and I have a whole bunch of other things that I haven't watched
