I'd kill for a Canada Dry Ginger Ale on the rocks with a twist of lime.

I'll settle for a glass of ice water, though.

Here you go... A bottle of Canada Dry Ginger Ale...

Is is possible, the way technology is going, that some day you'll be able to more or less instantly connect to any movie or any television show, past or present, on a sort of "on-demand" basis, for a reasonable amount of money?  Then most consumers [except the most obsessive] would not have to purchase hard copies of everything - or patronize Netflix, etc...

Wise wretch wth pleasures too refined to please
With too much spirit to be e’er at ease
With too much quickness ever to be taught
With too much thinking to have common thought
You purchase pain with all that joy can give
And die of nothing but a rage to live.

Oh, my dear singdaw....the future is NOW.

You can download films via Amazon.com...for a nominal fee...and much less expensive than buying the DVDs.

That's great, DR Ron Pulliam!

I guess I was thinking more so of the stuff that isn't available to us now...old television series that were never released to the mass market, specials, gasp - even made-for-tv movies.  Out of print records - you know, basically everything that's ever been made.  :)

DR JRand, you will be pleased to know that CHICAGO SYNDICATE will be playing on TCM in December, according to their schedule (right after CHICAGO CONFIDENTIAL).

Dear, dear...I am starting to think that there are more movies that have been made that I've never heard of than there are stars in the heavens...
