SPOILERS re: THIS WEEK'S CHUCK

*

*

Yes....they sure kept that surprise on ice, didn't they!

I don't know, maybe it was because i assumed it was set that the friend was dead. Or maybe it was because i did not see any connection between lou's ex and the body. But wow, i was surprised. ANd that could certainly make the show more interesting.

Although i'm guessing rachel bilson (lou) will not be coming back. :(

CHUCK has been a show that i've sort of enjoyed while it's on, but never really looked forward to or loved.  I'm hoping this latest development will make things much more interesting!

Charlotte's mother Dona D Vaughn went to Ann Arbor last weekend to see "The Rocky Horror Show."  Dona is the first "Bobby" you hear on the OBC of COMPANY, and she can be seen in the documentary in a purple(??) miniskirt.  It's been a while since I watched it.

A cold, crisp, and foggy mroning here in Tacoma.  The fog is expected to burn off and we will have sunshine.  The forecast is the same for tomorrow.

T.O.D.

Ask BK Day!

Are you someone who gets up and walks out of movies if you don't like them; or do you, normally, sit and suffer in silence until the bitter end?

What about theater?

I am doing a bit of both---getting ready to round up hams and cakes and sheetrock mud and deliver them to the appropriate parties!

And all this time, I thought Dean Jones was the first Bobby you heard on the OBC.  He was followed shortly by Larry Kert.  Who knew that Dona was the first?

Yes, if you use sheetrock mud instead of flour, it can be a problem...

I have got to get motivated here.  I still have to go to the store for butter, and for spices for  the pumpkin dessert.  Hmm, I would rather go bacl to bed!

And don't forget the cement for your ankle! It mixes well with flour.

My baby sister had her baby last night.   My baby sister (although still my baby sister in my head)  loves children and has waited for many years to have one.   Everyone is happy and healthy, and I'm very relieved that all went well because her biological clock was on its last bell.

So, welcome Everett to the world!

Hmmmm---I would like to go to LA with my DH, but what with all the expenses involved with moving, new stoves and plumbing, and no work in the foreseeable future, it seems very impractical and frivolous.

So I've decided to go.

Hmm, I would rather go bacl to bed!

That's a funny configuration..."b-a-c-l"....the "c" and"l" look almost like a "d"...and that's what I thought it said, "bad to bed"....and wondered if that was some fantasy you have...."You've been BAD, TCB!  Go to bed NOW!"

I have a companion ticket on Delta, so I can fly for free! And although we're staying in a nice hotel in LA one night, we can stay in my old standby the next night after the crew leaves. $78.75 plus tax. Then it's just paying the house sitter and keeping the rental car an extra day.

Well, OK, then!

Well, with no working stove, I guess I have another excuse not to cook.

We'll have to get the gas line run and the stove installed before we leave though, because our housesitter likes to cook.

My question for ASK BK day....what is the first movie script you ever read?  And what movie script would you like to read?

I am talking of course about movies that have been made.

I think the first script I ever looked at must have been Have Gun, Will Travel, since one of my schoolmates' father worked on the show.  I think the first film script I ever read was North By Northwest.

I think I've read all the ones I'd ever want to.
