No, get rid of the lazy, incompetent teachers and those who won't teach where they are most needed. Some of the best results in public education come from Charter schools unfettered by antiquated teacher contracts. Show me some improvement in test scores and graduation rates and I'll have more sympathy toward the teacher's.
