Well, I must arise very early, so I guess I'll try and get my beauty sleep.

Last night, I watched the season 3 finale of "Lost."  I also watched it as it was being recorded on my DVR, so I could rewind it anytime I missed something, which happened several times.  It was great to get the little tidbits of info throughout the show. :) I can't wait for tonight's recap and the NEW EPISODE!! :D

Thanks to all DRs who offered Mac/computer advice last evening.   :)

DR MBarnum - that is so wonderful; what a great cause.  You are a good soul.
[And no, I didn't know about DR Rodzinski's video exploits.]

We got a memo at work encouraging us to wear red tomorrow, Feb 1, to raise awareness for women at risk of heart disease.  Has anyone else heard about this?

I'm thinking of wearing my little red number:

If this question was asked before the holidays I would have had different responses but now since we have a new toy (the USB turntable) I don't have to worry so much. Yes, it would be great to see the vinyl pressed professionally but since we can do it ourselves with good results I'll be happy.

I will transfer the soundtrack of A Little Night Music to CD (yes, I know it's not a "stellar" recording but it's Sondheim).

I will transfer the 1964 Jerry Orbach The Cradle Will Rock to CD. This recording was my first exposure to the show. I do have the 1985 Acting Company recording (with Miss LuPone) but I prefer this one. It also has Miss Nancy Andrews, she of Little Me!

I will transfer both albums by a lesser-know gay tight harmony musical group from the 70s, called Gotham. I have both the albums they released. One is lots of fun, simply titeld Gotham. The other one is not so good. It's called Void Where Inhibited.

We have a long winter ahead of us.
