Itane!
(oh, yeah!)

You diss me and my typos?!  Take this (some Latin taunts!):

Prospice tibi -- ut Gallia, tu quoque in tres partes dividaris!
(Watch out -- you might end up divided into three parts, like Gaul !)

In tempore praeterito plus quam perfecto de to mox dicent.
(People will soon be referring to you in the past pluperfect tense!)

kissimus maximus booticus!

(Not in reference to anyone) These are fun insults:

    Insipiens: Witless wonder!

Lingua factiosi, inertes opera: All talk and no action.

Tu urbanus vero scurra: You are the village idiot!

Odiosus mihis: You're just a bad smell, as far as I'm concerned.

Then which one are you using? (Or did you major in Latin along with copy editing?)

I blame BK.

Last night I watched the special feature on the two disc edition of WEST SIDE STORY.
What were they thinking?   Letting Natalie Wood pre-record Maria's songs?!?!?  Almost, but not quite, as bad as Leslie Caron's original recordings of GIGI.  Natalie was truly pitchy.

But, here a QUESTION:  where was George Chakiris?

And a totally un-related question:
Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah:"  What are the drs favorite recordings of this little masterpiece?

I've grown very fond of kd lang's version.
