I spent the afternoon time remaining watching BONES episodes upconverted. They are SO near-HD quality when upconverted.

Precisely my experience with the season boxes of "Ghost Whisperer".  They look every bit as good upconverted as they do when I watch them in HD on TV.

And here is Bernadette from 11 years ago with my niece Hilary!  She performed here in Olympia and my niece and I briefly got to meet her afterwards...very briefly.  I took this photo. :D

I guess I'll head down now to mop that cursed kitchen floor. Then, I'll get started on the cartoon series LIL' BUSH.

TV Reminders:

NOTHING.

(Well, there is a BONES rerun on and GHOST WHISPERER is also a rerun at 9, but I didn't see any new broadcasts that I felt worthy of inclusion.)

Us SCIFI fans still have Stargate Atlantis

Will you be warning any potential renters of the situation?  Putting signs up and stuff?  If they can't rent the place maybe they will work harder at getting rid of the infestation.

I'd consult an attorney before I tried that!

(Or at least make sure the notice can't be traced back to the originator)

Zach goes for his quarterly "day of grooming" tomorrow.   :)

And when do you go for your day of "briding"?

All the world seems in tune on a Spring afternoon when we're poisoning pigeons in the park!

And maybe will do-in a bed bug or two, while poisoning pigeons in the park.

Back from errands and doing some trading at Amoeba.  I got decent trade-in credit today - picked up a really good Chico Buarque CD with orchestra conducted by Ennio Morricone!

I took my Bill Evans on Verve box set down there to see what they'd give me.  I informed Mr. Yokel that it was quite rare and quite out of print and that the cheapest copies on amazon were $400 and that it had sold for $300 new.  His response?  "It's not rare to us."  Now, keep in mind that I've seen it for sale twice in the last six months - sold both times for $250.  He offered me $66 in credit.  I offered not to give it to him.  I've just listed it for sale on amazon.com (the first item I've ever listed there) for $275.00.  Since that's below the list price and since the cheapest copies are $400 I'm hoping it'll sell.

Ah!  Wonderful!  She SURVIVED the experience.  JRand and Elmo would have us thinking she'd have been turned into a pillar of salt or something.
