Cooking Under Wraps, by Nicole Routhier. All about wrapping foods in other things, like filo or grape leaves or whatever, and then cooking it. Interesting, but I'm getting sick and tired of her penchant for adding raisins to stuff "for a little sweetness," especially when none is needed.
