George was correct (as always)!  CAMELOT is only being shown on our PBS station's HD channel.  So, basically I am out luck.

No you're not. ;D

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

Jose, is this the Metro station you were referring to?

Yes, it is.  Thanks, DR DerB.  I shall try to snap a picture of those sculptures from below - I think their full whimsical effect is, well, more effective from that viewpoint.

And speaking of Camelot... While I was on the plane, I caught the rebroadcast of last night's "Colbert Report", and Nathan Gunn was one of the special guests.  A very fun and funny interview!

I'll try to record the rebroadcast at 8:30 (PDT) tonight. :)

DR Danise - You fell "off" your car?  WHOA!  In any case, I'm glad to hear that both you and your car are all right.  *And maybe you could use some of that birthday money for a proper car wash?  ;)

Yeah, only I could pull that one off.  I was washing the roof and some soap got under my feet.  I started slipping backwards and had nothing to grab onto soooo  I went back and over the hood.

I realized how lucky I was while laying in bed that night.  If there had been a branch or a rock, I could have been very badly hurt.   I was lucky that I only got a sore shoulder out of it.

My bed was a help with that because I set it to vibrate and it took all the pain away.   ;D

I'm still very happy with my new bed.  Best money I've spent in a very long time.

And as for Glory Days closing after just one performance, well...

The person I really feel "sorry" for is the composer, Nick Blaemire.  Again, he's just such a good guy.  However, he's also in Cry Baby, which will most likely shutter sooner rather than later.

On the bright side, how many 23-year olds can say that they were on Broadway TWICE(!) during one season as an actor and as a writer?  I'm pretty sure that that is a pretty slim list.

Hmm... Now I need to decide what to do for dinner.  My friend, Chris, has a tech rehearsal somewhere on the south end of West Hollywood, and he could drop me off somewhere en route.  However, I think I may just walk over to Yuca's for some tacos al carbon, and then maybe treat myself to something sweet and slushy at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.  Hmm...

Well, it's finally going to happen!  My sister, her boyfriend and my niece are going to come over to my place tonight (in about a half hour, actually) and help me set up my TV stand!!  I got part of it put together last night, so all they really need to do is help with the attaching of the TV to the stand's post.  That will need three people.  After that, I should be able to hook up all of my components (VCR, DVR, DVD player, DVD burner...and maybe even stereo equipment) to the TV!!  I will need to get a heavy duty power strip, but I think that for tonight, I'll be okay.  YEA!!

Well, when I get back down there, I'll check out the places on both on ends and take pictures! :)

That might help me :)  If not it will be fun.  I have so many wonderful childhood memories when Alvaro Street was small and quaint.  It seems to me the toquito place was always there, and always busy.

Hi DR Jane!  So has Spring finely come to your area?

Just as we think it is here to stay it gets cold again.  It was very chilly this morning while I was hiking.  The sun and spring returned this afternoon, while I was inside.

I did not hike alone this morning.  I went up to the mountains with three other people.  Usually our hikes are on nicely maintained trails, some better maintained than others.  This time of year the higher trails have not been cleaned up yet, nor are they usually this bad.  There were trees down all across the trail.  Combined with snow the trail felt more like a fun obstacle course.  Suddenly the trail completely disappeared under a long patch of snow.  It took at least half an hour (obviously we went the wrong way) of foraging up the hills to find the path again.  My shoes, jeans and gloves were wet & I had a few mini punctures where I had grabbed onto thorny branches to pull myself up an embankment.

All in all it was loads of fun even if my muscles are somewhat sore.

The Pantry cole slaw is the best, bar none, that I've ever eaten.  It's completely addictive.

Colony Records in NY just ordered ten Evening Primrose.  How bad did they want it?  They paid full price.

bk, in the days leading up to the opening of Brain3, you wrote that you had added a new line to The Brain Tap sequence.  You never said what the line was.

DR Jose, if you do get to the pantry (http://www.pantrycafe.com) please find out if they sell their cole slaw to any places in West L.A., or Beverly Hills.  We don't get out to that area very often since our family keeps us busy on the west side of the city.
