TOD:
Food: I've no idea.
Sleep: Up to 72 hours, IIRC. It was while I was in the Navy, and was on USS Kitty Hawk in the Persian Gulf circa 1993. We were the launching pad for airstrikes against Iraq which was in violation of U.N. sanctions. International media descended upon us and -- as I was in Public Affairs -- we were fully accommodating, hosting up to 20 per night and getting their tapes and cassettes flown back to shore three times per day. I know there was a long stretch where the most sleep I could hope for would have to be done in catnaps while sitting up, but I've never been good at that...and the danged 1MC (that's the ship's announcement system) kept going off so that I never managed to sleep any.
This evolution lasted about two weeks. I know I got a few hours sleep here and there, but when it was done, I slept about 24 hours straight.
