Actually DR Laura, I missed that post. But yes, I do see an awful lot of bad work, sometimes it can't be helped, but more often than not, it's just a matter of not taking the time to do it right.

I couldn't. I let the family and friends take as long as they need to. I have no reason to be in a hurry and I think it's quite tacky to expect a family to pay what they pay and then rush them through everything and out the door.

Well, I'm only going to be there about 24-36 hours, so that would be a little difficult, but I'll try to remember to bring them with me
