Thanks DR Jose.

I was thinking the hard skinned squashes, I guess. I do fix zuchinni and the yellow crookneck quite often. Maybe the other squashes are not cubible.

Man alive this season of BIG BROTHER is going to be good!

The last season was pitiful, but this time around the contestants are quite interesting, and I have some favorites already!

JRand, I know you had said you would skip this season, but I hope you will change your mind!

....her daughter Alexis, who just got back yesterday(!) from studying a year in France!....

Why would anyone go to France to study a year?  I can understand going to France to study the cooking, or the art and archetecture, or perhaps the history, or maybe even winemaking, but a year can be studied practically anywhere.

Unless, of course, the year she was studying had particular meaning in France, and little meaning anywhere else.  That would explain her trip.

Bitch.

My friend David Wechter just forwarded this to me - I'd heard it was happening but I had no idea how far it had gone and how popular I was becoming:

That's pretty darned cool!  I'll vote for you!! ;D

But I couldn't get the e-mail link to forward it to work. :-\

And I concluded my evening with tonight's LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT. A pretty good episode, and I did guess the identity of the murderer though my ideas about the motive were a little off. Joan Jett was the most famous name in the guest star list.

Did you notice one of them had a hyphenated -Nicholson last name, so I'm wondering if it was the blonde wife and she's Julianne's mother in real life.

Today, I ushered for The Rocky Horror Show again.  The show was good, but there were three people in the audience who had seen the movie way too many times...and didn't know when to turn off the audience participation interaction. :P The house manager had to talk to one guy during the first act, and the other two (who were sitting next to each other) got reactions from the actors.  It was funny up to a point, but then it just got a bit annoying. :-\

Well, no one can say we didn't get to page nine.  What a shame that all the errant and truant WUSSBURGERS won't get to the initials game until tomorrow - I have decided on the initials and they're great and I've already got three pages of names - that's how great it is.

Am done with my Bollywood "Snow Man Yeti" movie and now am moving on to MAHAKAAL (1993) which is a copy of NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET. It is creepy, but in a very cheesy sort of way.

I am really enjoying these Ramsay Bros. Bollywood horror films, even despite being on VCD with no subtitles!

I'm watching Ebert & Roeper with Richard Roeper and Michael Phillips.  They both love the new Batman movie.

Just had to share. :)
