It will be good for you to relax a couple days, Pricilla (sic).
Yes it will, lol. I didn't realize I was this tired until I just sat down.

Thanks for asking.  He is doing great & was pleased with his eye check visit today.  While not the amazing 20/15 vision with the right eye, his left eye is great at a mere 20/20.  I am soooo envious.

OH!

DR Ben - I meant to mention this yesterday, but.... One of the readers for the auditions I played over the past couple of days will also be in How To Succeed... with Anthony.  She'll be playing Miss Jones.

How To Succeed with Anthony seems a bit unseemly!

Me too.  I keep getting "not able to connect to server" errors.

I just posted a very large photo & deleted it.  In the mist of "not able to connect to server" errors I fear what an over-sized photo might do.

Just before 6:00 last night we saw a young Grey Fox on our road.  This afternoon Keith saw an adult on our driveway.  He found a better photo, the one I’m afraid might be too large.  Maybe this will work better.

Much as I love Greg Jbara, I found tonight's MONK episode particularly repugnant.

The 3-D info is on the Fandango page of movie, the theatres showing it and the times.  I think it's crap that it's being shown in both 2- and 3-D since it was expressly designed to be a 3-D film.

I put my zip in & found only one theater showing the film, no mention of 3D viewing.  I put your zip code in and 5 theaters pop up, 3 of which are in 3D.  Granted some of these theaters are a good distance from you, which is an even greater indicated how limited our 3D viewing is in Ashland.

Thank you DR Cilla.  Sherlock & are taking two of our neighbors, and one Corgie puppy, on the trails with us tomorrow morning.

Sounds like fun.  I live in a neighborhood full of corgies. I think of DDs Dylan and Toby every time I see them

Sherlock is good with puppies, even little ones.  This will be their first time meeting.  The Corgi lives with a big lab & also plays with the neighbor's lab, so she will be fine with Sherlock.

I was having the same connecting difficulties earlier, so went to the other room to eat ice cream.  Now I'm ready to fall asleep.

'night!

Going into the other room to get ice cream is often a good solution

In order for the 3-D to work with this film, the theater must be equipped with a special silvery screen which I understand is SUPER expensive, and lots of theaters haven't changed over yet. (Just like the majority of local TV stations haven't upgraded their equipment to HD yet.)

This is why the majority of theaters are showing it in 2-D.

I finished disc two of SOUTH PARK. One episode about the world's biggest turd just wasn't funny to me. I guess it should have been (they work Bono into the satire), but I just didn't think it worked.

I put in disc three and noticed that the first three episodes are the Imaginationland story arc which I watched on a separate DVD released back in March, so I really now have only two episodes to go that I haven't seen.

Trey and Matt did record a new commentary for the three episodes, so I will have to watch as much of the episodes as the commentary covers, usually about five minutes in each episode. The commentary for them before ran 47 minutes.

Next I watched PATRIOT GAMES off of Universal-HD (recorded on the DVR). This is my favorite of the four Jack Ryan films, and it was OK in HD, but when it was over, I had time to put in my sDVD version, and it's actually got more saturated color than the HD version. This is one I won't be upgrading.

However, I noticed my copy of CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER was the first nonanamorphic release, so I will likely upgrade to the Blu-ray version of that.

I ended my evening with PSYCH which I enjoyed a lot. Fun story with Shawn's close observation coming into play a lot in the episode. I like when they rely on that for his psychic abilities.

OY! It's going to be 97 degrees on Sunday.  I was going to paint the bathroom this weekend, but looks like it will be way too hot to open the window.  Guess I'll wait

Bosco and I took a walk around the block. Freddy followed us the entire trip, usually he stops and turns back before we make the first turn around the corner of the block...but this time he just came along. I am sure it looked rather amusing seeing someone walk a dog and with a cat following at his side.
