And of course it will be the proofreader's first day and DR CILLA LIZ's ad would proclaim:

DR Jennifer - It's a good final four this year.  I'd be happy for any - and all - of them.

-And why are you hatin' on Courtney?  ;)

And I guess the Royal Children could be played by the "8" from "John & Kate Plus 8".  ;)

Oh hey:

King - Michael Kors
Anna - Heidi Klum

Lady Thiang - Nina Garcia
Kralohome - Tim Gunn

Whoever makes the best costumes can play the other parts.

I never saw Donna Murphy's Anna, but the Forbidden Broadway spoof of that production will eternally live in my mind (They had the actress playing Fosca-as-Anna, complete with huge mole, and sang "Shall we Boink?" lampooning the production's apparent oversexed subthemes, while throwing in a "La Bamba" reference or two.)

I don't know the roles well enough to do these "worst cast" things, but Carol Channing's Anna would be one that would scare me...

I have five more episodes of DEXTER to get through today, and I should have no trouble doing it. I looked ahead at what special features are on the fourth disc (which has only the DEXTER season finale taking up space).

There are two episodes of BROTHERHOOD on it. Does anyone watch this series?

There's an interview with Michael C. Hall.

I believe it said there were also two episodes of season two of THE TUDORS (or either a free pass to view the first two episodes free on-line).

I really liked BROTHERHOOD and mentioned it a couple of times on HHW.

Any of the many "Puppet" songs could be song of the day.

And coincidentally, as I load the dailies for CLOSER episode 407, "Puppet" is the name of a suspect!

So, George W is going to give our Olympic Team a pep talk? That should be worth a few cents. I also love the fact that a proponent of the "patriot act" is kicking China about their approach to civil rights.

On such jollity, I think I will hit the NYPL at Lincoln Center: two BABES scrapbooks are now missing and where is Jeremy Megraw who can sort this all out for me? Summers. Oy!

I'm awake!  TOD - funny, 2 local theatre groups that I work for (or have in the past) are doing The King and I next season.  I think I'm slated to work on one.  I have never seen the show either on stage or on screen.  Won't be able to avoid it any longer, I suppose.  Also,  I might want to polish off the nylon string guitar as there is no real keyboard part in the orchestration.  I have a year....

I think she's nice as a person. But i've just never been fond of her dancing.
She was decent with gev. But i just thought chelsie and kharington were much stronger.

It is a good F4. Although i would have been much happier with will in it.

>>Then I had to do a couple more errands, and I had my one and only meal at Islands – a burger (much smaller than they used to make) and a few fries. That’s all I ate all day.

And that's why it's taking you so long to lose weight, and that's why, as soon as you go off your diet, you will regain any weight you lost and probably 10 pounds as well.

By eating only 1,000 calories a day, your body thinks its starving and is conserving as much energy as possible. And w

hen you start eating more than 1,000 calories a day, your body is going to take all those "extra" calories and put them into fat and make sure they don't go away.

I know it sounds paradoxical, but if you'd eat 2,000 calories a day, you'd lose just as much weight, and you'd have a much better chance of keeping it off.

No need to take my word for it. Talk to your nutritionist.

I don't think BK is eating only 1000 calories a day.

But i do agree with some of what you wrote. The whole thing about the body thinking it is starving itself is well documented.

I actually think the reason BK is losing weight now is because of the jogging more than what he is eating.

I personally am not into calorie counting at all. I think it's more important to eat healthier foods. And to eat at least 3 times a day.

Or you could work on your harp playing too.  ;)

*Then, of course, if you want your King & I to have an authentic flavor, you could work on your pipa, erhu, xiao and Paiban.

HA!  I just did a run of Thoroughly Modern Millie and played the harp book on synth.  One might think that sounds easy, (yet, rather boring) but it's not!  I had a keyboard with a glissando setting and i used that for the big "sweeps", but the rest, I played.  I realized it takes a lot of finesse to make a synth sound like a harp.  It was also a good way to catch up on crosswords.  (Yawn.....)  It was like... play a gliss, count rests, play a gliss, count rests.  TACIT a number, do a crossword.... Repeat.

DR Matthew - Yep, "playing harp" on a synth is most definitely tricky - and boring at times.

*But it could be worse... You could be playing synth timpani...  For a Mozart opera.  ;)

Has anyone looked at the page for Scent Of Mystery and ascertained that everything is working properly.  And I will tell you, snooze/lose on this title, and the booklet is worth it alone.
