That's a beautiful song---I look forward to hearing it get the Guy Haines treatment. He did such a nice job with "Marie"!

LOL< I posted before I read this.

Thinking of you DR Elmore.

Sometimes I wish I too had the ability to get angry and crabby!

For those with 5 minutes to spare, and nothing else to do, please to enjoy a short film that Greg and I did WITH some of our friends years ago. Our CLOSER on-line editor is in it (he's the guy who holds the gun upside down) and decided to post it today.

TNT used to have these Xmas parties and everyone would make short films on a certain theme. The theme this year was "numbers".

Love it!

Well, I drove 3 1/2 hours to go to Mason City today (aka River City)  The meeting lasted one hour and I drove 3 1/2 hours back.   I decided to take a short cut, hit road construction and ended up going back to the road I was on before.  It ended up being the same distance and time, but if I had read about the planets I would have known better.

It was actually a beautiful drive. The corn and beans look so beautiful. All the crops are still green and  they are full grown. The perfect rows on the rolling hills really is beautiful

Was the corn as high as an elephant's eye?

Today was a beautiful day here in the Pacific Northwest, too.  Not as warm as last week, but wonderful bright blue skies.

Maybe higher now.  It's getting close to the end of the growing season.  It will be a while until it dries out and is harvested, but it won't grow too much more now.

Well, I guess it depends on how tall the elephant is.   It's higher than a little elephant's eye. Maybe not higher than a big elephant's eye, but it's pretty close

I wonder what the weather is like in the Pacific NW.  It is COLD here. I think I'll head off for some sun in France.

I wonder if they will introduce synchronised pole vaulting at the Olympics. I assume it is like pole dancing.

Although we did have wonderful blue skies here in Tacoma; the bluest skies you've ever seen are in Seattle!
