I'm thinking about a hot fudge sundae.  It was a really long day. 7 hours of driving wears me out.  Actually....I have ice cream and chocolate sauce...I don't need to even leave the house....time for ice cream

To me, chocolate sauce is not hot fudge...not by a long shot. ;) I have chocolate sauce and ice cream at home too, but it's sugarless chocolate sauce. :-\ When it's mixed into something or there are many flavors to hide the sugarlessness, it's not bad, but it's not good enough on its own with just plain ice cream.  However, Peanut Buster Parfaits are on sale at Dairy Queen right now! :D When I want a good-sized hot fudge sundae, I get a Peanut Buster Parfait without the peanuts...because I can.  Now, that's good stuff. ;D

So, I'm going to leave now and get me a Peanut Buster Parfait without peanuts.

Until later!

Question for DR FJL

What are Dylan and Toby's favourite Cher songs?

Dr ELMORE you might be thinking of GET OVER IT, which was a fun movie....

Kirsten Dunst, Ben Foster, Colin Hanks, Sisqo, and Martin Short.

It began with a great number on the street choreographed to, I think, a Captain & Tenille song.

DR JRand57, I do believe you are correct. I loved this movie!

DR Ben just left on a major nostalgia blitz. It was a lovely evening, and there was probably no better companion to watch 40 years of the Chad Mitchell Trio. A lot of the last reunions were so much like FOLLIES: watching them on the first DVD of broadcasts from 1962-64, and watching them redo the numbers in 1987 and 2007. Some of it was very moving and I heard two wonderful angry political songs I'd never heard before, "Nicaragua" sung in 1987, and a Fred Hillerman song about business going on as usual that could have been pulled out of any play by Brecht.

We also had our margaritas and ice cream and cake.

Why don't you get a different doctor?

Since you ask, I will tell you: the HMO has been extremely difficult in accommodating that.

Or a curse.  For the people around him.

You haven't seen the really big explosions. DR Ginny has.

Back from the California Pizza Kitchen - had my penne with sausage and peppers, and they made the marinara sauce sans cheese.  Also had half of a half Caesar.

I wonder is Cher has ever considered using "Bang Bang" and "Just Like Jesse James" as a medley.

Cher was supposed to have turned down the opportunity to sing "The Night The Lights Went Out in Georgia".

Jose, I have seen the falafel truck on 17th and 5th but I haven't yet tried the fare. Perhaps this week before I leave for Wisconsin.

One of my favorite performances was by Georgia in "The Night The Lights went Out in Georgia."

That was the same year that Grace won for "The Sailor Who Fell From Grace." (a Johnny Carson joke)
