I plugged back into the wireless to no avail - no signal at all. Then I shut down the computer and unplugged the wireless device, then plugged it back in and started the computer. This time I got my bars back and was on my "network." However, it still wouldn't connect, so I unplugged the modem and then plugged that back in and that seems to have done the trick, as here I am, posting.

I suspect it may have been not only a "greener world" but that there would have been less hate!

Yes I'm an outsider but President Bush's administration has created so much Anti USA feeling and in some ways has divided the world by unifying!

Perhaps it has been the Oil Power people who have been pulling the strings but the Administration allowed it to happen.

Who really knows about alternative presents and futures?

Topic of the Day: I can't remember if someone here posted this, but when Dubya took office, gas was $1.35 a gallon. I just finished watching "Who Killed the Electric Car?" Like Tomovoz, I think that if Gore had been elected, we would be "greener" across the country. One thing talked about in the documentary was a mandate by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to have 10% of all cars sold in California be zero emissions cars by a certain date. Because of GM and other companies and people, that mandate was eliminated.

Former Will + Grace star Debra Messing has filmed a tribute to Carol Channing for the second season of her hit new show Starter Wife. Messing recreates the funny lady's famous Hello Dolly routine from A Star Is Born, wearing a copycat red gown outfit, a Channing wig and replicas of the stage and screen great's famous eyelashes for the song-and-dance skit with her castmates.

There is more, but who cares? Doesn't anyone proof these things???
