Muffin - 100 calories
Ham (or Canadian bacon) - amount used app. 100 calories
Two eggs - app. 200 calories
Hollandaise - maybe 400 calories with the amount they use

Total for Eggs Benedict - 800 calories.  No prob there.

But, if I want to be really good, I'll just do poached eggs on an English muffin for a total of 400 calories.

And what about the proposed split order of Buffalo Wings?

I am kinda looking forward to that WORST WEEK tv show that I keep seeing ads for.

Other then that one I am not sure what new shows are on for this fall.

You do know that the leading man does not appear in every episode in that "diaper" that they show him in in the commercials.  ;)

*Although, he's plastered like a centerfold all over the busses and subway stations here in NYC.  I guess he's bring "the regular guy" back.  ;)

With Jose's foto tips, so many of us regular guys will be able to help bring the regular guy look back.  :)  Or maybe the Double-Extra-Large regular guy

Thanks again, Jose!!!   I'll cut-and-paste and pass along that info.

Hmmm... I really am sleepy already... I may just head to bed early and wake up early to get ready for my trip - a.k.a. pack.  My flight doesn't leave until 10:00, so if I got up at 7:00, I'd plenty of time to get things together.  -Especially since I already laid out my clothes last night when I was doing laundry.  Again, we shall see...

WEHT Singdaw?  WEHT vixmom?  WEHT Cilla?  WEHT Jane? (Well, we all know she's now totally obsessed with Facebook)  WEHT all the other errant and truant?  WEHT WEHT WEHT (that is three WEHTs).

Just guessing:
4:30 pm LA time is 7:30 pm East Coast time--or dinnertime for some. Also, Vixmom doesn't usually post until later, as Vixfamily has only one computer.

I keep sneezing which is not a good thing.  Every time I sneeze it is very painful & I re-injure the muscles I pulled from coughing & blowing my nose the day I learned about Keith's mother.  If only I could stop coughing & sneezing I might heal.

Time to find a more comfortable spot in this house.

I really want a copy of Meredith Willson's book about the making of The Music Man, But He Doesn't Know The Territory - I finally found a reasonble copy and it's signed.  I'm picking it up tomorrow morning.

I just picked up a copy of that book last week on Amazon.  It's not signed, but it is in very good condition, and was very reasonably priced!  :D

I kind of wondered about that...unless it was just that you were really, really flexible

DR MBarnum - it appears that while VIDEO WATCHDOG has a website, you can't read the reviews unless you subscribe or buy a hard copy.  :(

And everyone really does have a "good side" and "bad side" when it comes to their faces being photographed.  Be sure to have the photographer take pics from/of both sides - unless your relative already knows their good side.

Oh, yes. I grew up hearing stories of how various actors insisted on being photographed from a certain side. But the other info was new and interesting. Thanks, Jose.

I am also listening to McCain. I only listened to a little bit of Obama's. I normally don't pay much attention to these things.

I hope he doesn't cause Big Brother 10 to be displaced tonight.

And that documentary on McCain before shown prior to the speech was the most gosh awful, melodramatic thing I have ever seen!

DR dB - I am not necessarily supportive of "the anarchists."

However, I am curious as to what you feel should be done to those who illegally authorize the surveillance of American citizens, who authorize the breaking of the Geneva Convention and the torture of prisoners, who neglect American victims of the largest natural disaster in US history, who have politicized the Justice Department beyond all recognition, and who flout Congress through the spurious and unprecendented use of "signing statements"?

DR Singdaw...newsflash...George Bush isn't running for President again. His term has expired...thank God.

The game warden is coming tomorrow, and he won't find any evidence of crawdads here. I'm sure of it.

DR Laura I thought of you today when I was in a sentencing and my client in an attempt at humor told the judge that the only federal offense he believed he had committed was selling crawdads without a license, Followed by  "that was supposed to be funny, your honor"
