I had sandwiches again.  No Quakes today.  So, I'll probably get a little snack later and that snack could conceivably be poached eggs on an English muffin - but will most likely be some carrots and some fruit.

I'm feeling a little antsy.

Nothing a poached egg or two wouldn't cure!

Good Evening!

I'm back from having dinner with DR elmore.  It was soooo nice seeing him again not in an Emergency Room.  ;)

*However, if Dr. Green Eyes and Dr. Gun Show were on duty, well... Larry who?.   ;D

Always the bridesmaid . . .

DR George, is it complete Japanese WICKED or is it the 39 minute version?

I'm listening to Idina Menzel's I STAND.
Ms. Menzel will be appearing in Pittsburgh in November and I will be seeing her cabaret.

It's not a bootleg of the complete show, it's the 71 minute, commercially released cast recording.

DR George already has, of course, the German cast album of Wicked...    :)

No, I believe that's one of our DR Jose's goals.

No, I think it's Dr. Green Eyes and Dr. Gun Show who are getting married, and DR Elmore is the bridesmaid.

BRIDESMAIDS REVISITED - shouldn't that be the title of something?

At a same-sex wedding, they'd of course be pridesmaids, but that's an old discussion form months ago.

Fall must not be far off,  the first of the migrating Wood Ducks have stopped for a visit.  There are five males and two females.

Another sign of fall - Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbuck's.

My grandpa had 2 poached eggs on toast every morning.  He had an egg poacher.

Silicone cookware is the rage today.  These egg poachers look nice & can be used individually.

"No need to drag out a special pan when you want to poach eggs. Simply float these silicone "pods" in boiling water and create perfect poached eggs for Eggs Benedict, or to serve on toast. Healthier, too, because it takes just a small amount of oil, butter or cooking spray for eggs to slip out. Heat resistant to 675°. Microwave and dishwasher safe."

I don't trust silicone cookware.  It just doesn't make sense to me that it doesn't give off something bad for your health.  Maybe I'm paranoid, but that's what I think

Almost ready - Just need to finish clearing off my desk.  And according to the text I just got from my brother, as well as the online information, my brother's train should be getting in around 10:30 - and only about three minutes late too.  :)

DR TCB - I wish that your eye gets better, too!  Does looking at the computer screen bother it?
