The bold is because you marked them as "buddies."

Has anyone figured out why some DRs names appear at the top of the page in bold?

Has anyone else worried about it?

Not worried, ;D been curious though.

Thanks DR Laura. I thought I showed up in bold print the other day, must have been mistaken.

Ohhhhhhh.  I guess that's why I'm not seeing any bolded names.

"Somebody" might want to add that bit of information about Buddies and bolded names to the Technical Support board herein.

Wow, everyone knows Levi Stubbs, but what about poor Jayshree  :-\

(not that I haven't tried to get people on this here website to watch some of her movies)

From what I can tell that is all having a Buddy does, not that I really see a need for the buddy option.

Hey everybody long time no see or read!!!!!!!!!!!

First off: *giggle* kazoo is a funny word. Say it enough times it gets addictting.
Second off: I miss you guys. I really do. And school is boring. (what else is new.)
Thrid-ly(no one can argue that this is not a word 'cause it was used, and therefore, a word): Bruce, the book goes well, but you can blame my school for not giving me enough time to finish it. In fact, call them and yell at them, they really need it.

T-T I can't believe they disbanded our Anime club...
Anyways, good vibes to all and to all a Ham sandwich. Nighty!!!!!!!!! ;)

We are very frustrated.

While in L.A. we got a parking ticket.  Since the information sign for the meter  was hidden behind a tree, and the next sign down had different hours, we tried to talk the guy out of the ticket.  Not only did he refuse, he seems to have given us a second ticket for another parking meter.  The city doesn't care that these tickets are in different 100 blocks & one minute apart.  They say we have to pay the ticket & then request a hearing to get our money back.

I asked the guy on the phone if he really believes it is physically possible to get two parking tickets within one minute of each other in different locations.  He said "I can't comment on that".  Why should we trust the city to return the $45 if we pay it.  The first review of the facts resulted in a letter stating insufficient evidence to dismiss our citation. ???

NOTES:

Quote
There was horrible traffic on Sunset for absolutely no reason

Reason: on going interest in the new Palladium?

der Brucer

Nope - whole different area of town - the Palladium is deep Hollywood - my traffic was in West Hollywood and only lasted about a mile and a half, from Doheney to La Cienega.  Then all the cars disappeared into an abyss.

I had a fabulously fabulous lunch with Miss Susan Egan, and talked of many things, some of which could be a whole lot of fun.

I then came home and had our LACCTAA meeting, which was also fun - I've got some big plans for events for early next year - whether I can pull off one of them in particular will be interesting to see.  If I do, let's just say it will put us on the map like nothing else.

DR Cilla, good luck with Weight Watchers.

Thanks Jane.  I think I will. My real goal is to be in shape before I turn 50 which is 2 1/2 years from now.  While I've tried to lose weight for others before or so I'd look better before this event or that event, I haven't just done it for me.  I'm planning to go back to Curves again. There is a new one in my neighborhood and although I like walking and will continue that, I really miss the strength training.  So, I think I'm going to join.

DR JMK, are you doing anything tonight?  Shalom Auslander will be speaking at Powell's tonight-7:30.  Wish I could go.  I just finished reading his memoir "Foreskin's Lament", a strange, funny, sad, interesting memoir.  Check it out.

I'm listening to the Portland band Smegma instead.  (A very, very, very inside joke that absolutely no one will understand I'm quite sure).

;D  I hope not.  The first ticket was at 9:26 AM, the second one at 9:27 AM.  We stopped at Pete's for Keith to get coffee before taking Craig to the airport.
