I may have to actually check to see just how many Broadway theatre will be dark come the end of January.  I know there have been "slow periods", but this time really does feel a bit different and darker.

PAGE SEVEN CRAIG BIERKO AND KATE JENNINGS GRANT DANCE!!!

*They've also officially announced their casting as Sky and Sara in the (next) upcoming revival of Guys & Dolls.  I guess this means I'll be seeing Mr. Bierko at Joe Allen again.. and again... and again.

I have forgotten who asked...but joining Facebook is most simple...and requires no participation, if you choose.

But it is quite nifty.

OK - I should get ready to head down to Times Square to meet up with whomever shows up tonight.

Laters...

*And, yes, I will bring my camera with me.

In today's UPS delivery (before Noon...still hoping for a coupla more items):

BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD BD

What does that smiley/emoticon stand for?

There's no "smiley emoticon" in that post.  The letters "BD" stand for Blu-ray Disc and it was my delighted reaction to the fact that my Blu-ray player arrived with the UPS delivery.

I guess not.  Hmm, well last Wednesday when I saw Stan at the hospital, I truly believed that it was the last time I would ever see him.  Today he is being heralded as the miracle man of the hospital.  Tomorrow, he will be moved to the hospital's own rehab center.  He will be there probably a week or so; and then............................. he will be going home!

Yes.  And things posted at Facebook should "stay" at Facebook.

If someone really wants to see something badly enough, he'll sign up.  ;)

The photographer was from Broadwayworld.  We'll see if they ever post the photos, but if Arnold M. Brockman would like to see them, perhaps he can speak to his son, Craig Brockman, who runs the site.

Some of the participants in last night's event have also begun posting photos on their Facebook pages.

Graham Norton as Zaza in La Cage aux Folles, London.

Looks exactly the same as he does on his talk show on BBC America.

DR Ginny, I’m sorry to hear of the loss of your friend.  It sounds as if you were very fortunate to have known her.  I too suffer from guilt over special people in my life I don’t see enough.

Congrats on getting off the blood thinners.

I was wondering if somebody could do me a favor. Can you click on any of the stories here:

http://www.theamazingracesucks.com/theamazingracesucks/

or

http://www.realitytvworld.com

They are basically the same site (don't click if you haven't watched a reality show this week that has an elimination). I keep getting "article not available" no matter what article i click on. and i really want to read the TAR interview with the couple eliminated this week.

TOD:

A dear friend gave me a wonderful box set of THE MUSIC BEHIND THE MAGIC, the demo, work, and final versions of the Ashman-Mencken Disney animated musical scores. I have been taking my time with it because it's so great I want to enjoy every second of the music. This is, by far, the CDs that I have most enjoyed over the past few months.
Glad to know someone else is enjoying the set!  I picked it up a ways back, and return to it often!
