I would have a better chance of making mud angels, but not as lovely.

I just got an e-mail saying that Strap-on Gliders was the perfect stocking stuffer.  Hmmm, it wasn't what I thought it was.

With all those episodes of THE MOD SQUAD which BK has watched,  My QUESTION for ASK BK DAY is:

Did you notice Jack Stillman, aka Jack Wrangler in one of those episodes?

I ask because I've heard that the dear Mr. Wrangler is seriously ill with emphysema and in a care home.
I only recently watched the documentary JACK WRANGLER: ANATOMY OF AN ICON and found Mr. Wrangler to quite charming, open and honest.
I'm planning on sending him a "Thinking of You" card through a series of mutual friends.

Isn't he Maried merried married to Margaret Whiting?

Mr. Wrangler is indeed the husband of Margaret Whiting, whom, I believe - if the documentary footage is recent - is not in the best of health, either.

A sizable chunk of ANATOMY OF AN ICON deals with the repercussions of the Whiting/Wrangler hook-up and its effects on Whiting's daughter from a previous marriage.

I miss my doggies.  This is the first Christmas without a doggie EVER in whole LONG life.  I miss Blue Moon....and Gone Hollywood aka Holly and Autumn Memory aka Mimmy....my Shar-peis.
Not my doggies....but this picture was very sweet.

Maybe it's time to adopt another dog?  I'm sure there are many out there who would be lucky to be with you

Sadly, I will not be in New York for the SON OF SHOULIN's engagement in January.  I doubt that this Spectacle will reach Tacoma.

It's been a rather miserable day here. Not as warm as yesterday nor as warm as they predicted, and the gray has not abated. It's WET without actually raining right at the moment.

I watched two episodes of THE TUDORS when I got in from lunch. The first got the business of the REformation going strong. And some major characters are introduced that we'll see through most of the season.

The second episode is the consummation of the sexual relationship between Anne and Henry while in France. Thomas More has resigned his office and hopes to live a private life.

I should be able to get at least two more episodes watched today before I begin watching prime time TV. I'd also like to get LEVERAGE watched from last night and get it cleared off the DVR. We'll see.

I did skim through today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. No Luke but he was in the previews for tomorrow.

Last night we watched the last episode of MY OWN WORST ENEMY :(  Of course it had a great cliff-hanger.

I wish TNT would pick this up as a summer show.  I bet it would do well following THE CLOSER.

DRs Jane and Cillaliz:  Thank you!  As for the family "drama", I'm certain I'll get over it sooner, rather than later.

I simply haven't been exposed to much of the brouhaha yet!  ;)

WOD:

Is DR kickshaw likely to return today? If not, will he catch up and see that he and the word of the day are synonymous?

That rather makes him DR Syn(onymous), eh!

Well, I've gone and done it!  I've lost a day.    Today has been Tuesday to me.  Monday blurred into Tuesday.

This, despite the fact that I watched the "Biggest Loser" finale last night! (Hooray, Michelle!  Boo Hiss, Heba!  Hooray, Vickie for not winning any of the prizes!)

Heba DID look awesome, though.  As did Amy.  But Michelle was dazzling.

I wanted Coleen to look better than she did.  The potential is there, but she seems to have "settled" on a weight.

Btw, if there any DRs hoping to find some accessories for Girl of the Year, Mia, just remember that "she" and her accoutrements will only be available through December 31 at American Girl Place. -The ice skates are already completely sold out, as were the fancy ones for Molly.
