We ended up having lunch there because several children were involved. We had a great time! Greg and I met Kathryn, our gardening show producer, my friend Kris (director of Ociee Nash) and her new boyfriend (I approve!) and my two Turner clients/friends and their children. Today is Kathryn's birthday so I brought her a present and some things for the kids, and Greg treated us all to lunch, which everyone agreed was DEE-LISH!

Greg took pictures of a few of the burgers on his camera phone for DR Jose so we have to see how to do something with those.

The decor was very nice and hte place was packed. I will definitely take my little French boy there when he visits next month.

Thanks for the recommendation. I told everyone that we rely on a friend in NY to find the best restaurants in the ATL!

As I watched the new episode of BURN NOTICE, I finished sorting up my tax receipts. It was a good episode but the person who does the previews for next week is a moron: it's at the point of the episode in which Fiona has trapped herself inside a burning building and during the commercial break, the preview shows her alive and well walking with Michael. While I had no idea how she would escape, I never knew if this potential disaster would be a carry-over to next week's plot. It kinda spoiled my getting too involved with the remainder of the episode. What is it with these USA Network morons?

Back from a three hour editing session - the editor had done a very rough cut of three-quarters of the show. We finessed as we went along and got through all of act one except for the last two numbers - and we haven't put in any of the pickups, which we'll go back and do when everything is assembled to my liking.

I finished watching the episode from Season 3 of THE CLOSER that I had started last night. I love it when the pieces fall into place for Brenda and she gets that Cheshire Cat grin on her face before she goes in for the kill.

Since I had the disc in the player, I went ahead and watched the next episode too, the one that was broadcast during December that season with Brenda and her parents and Fritz taking a fugitive from justice back to LA. Some of it fun and some of it disturbing.

Next I watched last night's episode of PSYCH. Shawn in football pads was lots of fun, and Christopher Wiehl, whom I've had a major crush on since he played the gay character on LOVE MONKEY, was one of the guest stars.

NBC was running skating exhibitions this afternoon which I really have little interest in (music choices are usually not to my taste and the technical difficulty is greatly reduced to minimize risk). They did rerun Alissa Cizsny's winning skate which did prove once again what a perfectly beautiful spinner she is. If she can just get more consistent in her jumps especially toward the end of the program where bonus points are a big help in keeping up the rest of the world's female skaters, she could perhaps do something on the world stage in March.

I have my 3-D glasses out and ready to watch FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 3 in 3-D. That's the agenda for this evening. There is also a trailer on the disc and the 2-D version of the movie which I'll also check out.

You did! That's the one famous 3-D movie from the 1950s I've always wanted to see in 3-D and haven't yet been able to do either in a theater or in a home video presentation.

Today was quite productive. It was a beautiful day, it's still 44 degrees! I had the windows open and the girls loved it. I made it to Curves then after the usual errands, finished wall papering the basement hallway and primed the basement bathroom. Tonight I'm going to a fundraiser and if I get home early enough, I may paint the bathroom. I really need to get it done before the carpet is installed on Wednesday and I have a lot of office work to do tomorrow. It's a small bathroom and will only take about an hour or so to paint it. We'll see.
