Netflix just sent me season 2 of THE RICHES. Yay! What a fun series! I suspect it's one of those you-like-it-or-you-don't; it took me a episode to warm up to it, but it's so brillantly played. Any fans here?

Do you remember "The Charmings"?

"Tut, tut"?

That's what Christopher Robin always says.  "Tut, tut; it looks like rain."

What do YOU say?    :)

Are skies blue?

You betcha...at least once, for Rudolph Friml!

The sky was blue
And high above
The moon was new
And so was love
This eager heart of mine was singing
Lover where can you be
You came at last
Love had its day
That day is past
Youve gone away
This aching heart of mine is singing
Lover come back to me
When I remember every little thing
You used to do
Im so lonely
Every road I walk along
I walk along with you
No wonder I am lonely
The sky is blue
The night is cold
The moon is new
But love is old
And while Im waiting here
This heart of mine is singing
Lover come back to me
When I remember every little thing
You used to do
I grow lonely
Every road I walk along
I walk along with you
No wonder I am lonely
The sky is blue
The night is cold
The moon is new
But love is old
And while Im waiting here
This heart of mine is singing
Lover come back to me

I managed to work FF into a review of a Nero documentary.  Now that takes talent, ladies and germs.

That reminds me of how DR Sandra used to work F. Scott Fitzgerald into every paper.

Cool.  Speaking of GMAIL, Bryan has problems with Skype on his main computer so we tried GMAIL'S new video.  It worked well.  You have the option of sound only or video & sound so you don't have to have a webcam to use it.

...And I still remember when I was in fourth or fifth grade and wrote a report on Martin Luther King, Jr.  My closing sentence was something along the lines of "...And that's how God meant it to be."  I then proceeded to use that for a paper on The Renaissance, the U.S. Pioneer movement, and Abraham Lincoln.  ;)

New York apartment vibes for DR Jose!

Thanks, DR Jane.  Everything is OK.  I think.

Basically, it looks like two of the four current residents will be moving out at the end of the current lease period.  Myself, not included.  However, one of them may be moving out before the lease ends - and will be finding a subletter.  But that roomie will be leaving town for almost three weeks soon, and wants someone to start subletting while s/he is away.  And since we only have a little over two months left on the current lease... And since we're supposed to give 60 days notice if we plan to vacate... And since our landlord has yet to inform us if the rent is going to go up (again) - or even possibly get lowered (which has been happening... And since I'm in Charleston until the end of April... But since I "know" I'm staying, I supposed to be the one to check in with the landlord regarding the new lease... Even though I keep getting reminded that all four of us are on the lease...  Yadda, yadda, yadda... Etc., etc., etc...

I really am OK with it all.  I just happened to get the "notice" the other night right before I was about to go to bed.  Not exactly news to help one sleep well.

Couldn't agree more.  But one suspects that the folks who NEVER mention them, especially the ones from the past two weeks, simply don't.

I apologize if I haven't mentioned the last couple of weeks of notes, BK.  I have laughed, cried, and totally enjoyed your walk down memory lane.  I, too, would love to see you write an autobiography.

Continued vibes for all those threatened by floods.

I've been checking the site DR Dakota gave us, http://www.inforum.com, the college & high school students have been working hard stacking sand bags.  How much does a sandbag weigh?  I figure it must be hard work.

Hi Dakota.  That doesn't sound like fun.  From the news it seems Saturday is the biggest day to fear.  I hope you will be able to report in & let us know you are ok.
