Cartoon Character Of The Day

Mr. Know It All

One of my absolute all-time favorite characters. I have a small Bullwinkle plush sharing my desk space with me as I type this!

Well, I watched the DAMAGES season finale while I ate lunch today. A remarkable season and a VERY remarkable episode with the show's patented twists and turns in full display. Quite wonderful, and I can't wait to see what they have cooked up for Season 3.

Then I watched four more episodos of HAWAII FIVE-O. The one I've just finished was my favorite of this batch, a cat and mouse hunt on board a cruise ship with Keene Curtis, William Devane, and Jon Byner as guest stars.

Another one guest starred Anthony Zerbe as a vigilante out to help McGarrett by shooting folks who got away with crimes without the court finding them guilty.

I have one more episode to go, and then the night will be mine, all mine!! I've already watched the third season of premiere of THE TUDORS (in HD yet) On Demand, so I don't even have to tune that in.

Still haven't decided what I'll watch.

There are tons of birds outside that have either arrived after migrating or are stopping on their way farther north.  It's driving Boo crazy!

I forgot to post them yesterday, but I was sending you
~~~~~NO SNOW VIBES~~~~~all day long, mentally at least.
You're welcome.   ;D
So to pass the time, I will tell you my Sharon McNight story.  Again.
It was in 2004, soon after the release of BK's Jeepers Creepers album, on which Sharon sang the title song.  Sharon had recorded a demo for Richard Berent and me, but I had never met her.  Joe had just begun his horrible stint in the hoosgow, it was Valentine's Day, and Sharon was doing The Last of the Red Hot Lovers at C. W. Post College.
I arrived for the show with a dozen roses, which I attempted to deliver to her during the curtain calls.  Despite various audience members trying to direct Sharon's attention toward me, she walked off completely oblivious.  Once I cornered her outside her dressing room, she apologized and told me she was blind as a bat without her glasses.
Upon hearing that Bruce Kimmel was a friend of mine, she replied, "Well, that's not your fault."
That is all.
I have never met Sophie Tucker.
I'm going to head downstairs now to put away the folded laundry, clean the guest bathroom, and then get back to one final outing in Hawaii with the cute-as-a-button James MacArthur.
I am ready for dinner at Docks! I've run my errands, read a bit about the Iroquois Theatre fire, taken care of some pesky BABES problems and I need a nap.
And I paid some bills, including my estimated taxes for the 1st quarter.
Ah, but Arnold, the Sophie Tucker song that truly delights me is the Jewish lady singing to her husband:
Myron,
You're not desirin'.
One of those songs that put the 'in' in infamous where Sophie was concerned..
